Description
- The course project was developed on the basis of the project of a 9-storey 72-apartment building.
- The construction area of the Perm Territory is characterized by the following data:
- Climate Region IB
- Snow cover weight 350 kg/m3
- Wind velocity 35 kg/m2
- Prevailing winds are southwest, northwest
- The maximum depth of soil freezing is 1.8-2 m
- The terrain of the site is equally planned

Structural solution of the building
The foundation is monolithic strip.
Horizontal waterproofing – 1 layer of UNIFLEX by TechnoNicol.
Stairs to the basement – prefabricated reinforced concrete flights LMF 28-11-14 Series 1.1, 51-4, platforms of the LPF brand 25-16-3 Series 1.1, 52-5.
The outer walls are made of ceramic solid bricks (M75) on mortar (M 50), the wall thickness is 510mm.
The internal walls are made of similar bricks, with a thickness of 250 mm, 380 mm, 510 mm.
Partitions are plasterboard, 80 mm thick.
Lintels – prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.038.1-1 issue. 2.
The roof is flat. The coating material is TECHNOELAST-TITAN with the technology of deposition in two layers.
Floors are prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs according to GOST 9561-91 with a thickness of 220 mm.
The windows are made of PVC profiles with three-chamber double-glazed windows.
The doors are made of metal-plastic profiles.
The floors are made of linoleum and ceramic tiles.
Finishing works with the application: plastering, painting walls and ceilings, cladding with ceramic tiles, wallpapering, painting ceilings.
Along the perimeter of the building, a concrete pavement is arranged on a sand and gravel base.
