Introduction
The course work "Project of a nine-story residential building" was carried out in accordance with the issued assignment in the discipline "Fundamentals of Architectural and Structural Design." In this work, an architectural and structural solution of a nine-story residential building is being developed, taking into account the task, dimensions, materials, the construction district and basic regulatory requirements. The design of a residential building in Vladimir was developed in accordance with the current standards.
Building engineering equipment
Engineering equipment of the building includes water supply, sewerage, wiring, gas supply and heating system.
Power supply of the building is carried out from the general power grid.
The sewerage system of the building is connected to the central city sewerage network.
Water supply is carried out from the general city water supply.
Gas supply is provided from external gas network. Gas columns located in the kitchen and bathroom are designed to heat the water entering the bathroom and kitchen.
The heating system of the residential building is central. Heating batteries are located in all rooms and run along the internal walls of the building on both floors.
In addition to the above-mentioned utilities, to which the designed building is connected, it is supposed to have a telephone and Internet network.

BUILDING FINISH
The appearance of the building is mainly determined by the style of its exterior decoration. The design provides for the decoration of external walls using decorative plaster.
The windows of the building are painted with brown water repellent enamel, the front door with brown water repellent enamel, the outer layer of which is made of light brown facing brick. All elements of the wings are also painted brown.

Entrance hall (corridor ):
-stenes: Decorative plaster with painting. (color: white (beige) and gray)
-pole: GCL, porous film, laminate, plinth
-polk: GCL, glossy tension ceiling.
Bathroom (also bathroom and toilet):
-stenes: ceramic tiles
-floor: ceramic tiles
-poll: suspended ceiling
Hall:
-stenes: Decorative plaster with painting. (color: white (cream))
-pole: GCL, porous film, laminate, plinth
-polk: GCL, glossy tension ceiling.
Kitchen:
-stenes: Decorative plaster with painting. (color: white (cream)), kitchen apron (thermal glass)
-pole: porcelain
-polk: MCL, glossy tension ceiling
Bedroom:
-stenes: Decorative plaster with painting. (color: milk and gray)
-pole: GCL, porous film, laminate, plinth
- ceiling: MCL, matte tension ceiling.
Lobby (also the entire entrance group):
-stenes: Decorative plaster with painting. (color: ivory)
-floor: tiles
-film: suspended ceiling of gypsum board
Conclusion
This coursework was devoted to the development of a project for a nine-story residential building. At the end of the work, it should be noted that nine-story construction is quite relevant at present, especially in an urban area with an increasing population .
When performing this course work and more detailed study of the main structural aspects of nine-story construction, not only normative literature (GOST, SP, etc.) was used, but also textbooks, educational and methodological manuals, albums on the subject of research.
Thus, at the end of this course work, it should be concluded that only a comprehensive study of the technical and economic aspects of modern nine-story construction and the subsequent application of the acquired skills allows you to get a full-fledged project that will satisfy not only the regulatory acts in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, but also the constantly increasing requirements of comfort from society and building owners.
