Description
The project provides for the following systems for the building:
· utility-drinking-fire-fighting water supply - B1;
· hot water supply - T3;
· hot water circulation pipeline - T4;
· household sewage - K1.
To ensure the required pressures in the system B1, a pumping station with booster pumps B1.1 (for utility-drinking needs) and B2.1 (for fire-fighting needs) is provided in the basement of the building.
The construction volume of the building is 15,986.4 m3.
Hot water supply is provided for the water needs of the building. The supply and accounting of hot water are carried out from a modular boiler house located on the technical floor of the building. At the base of the risers T3 and T4, ball valves DN15 are provided for draining the system.
