Introduction
One of the most important problems facing road transport is improving the operational reliability of cars. The solution to this problem, on the one hand, is provided by the automotive industry through the production of more reliable cars, on the other hand, by improving the methods of technical operation of cars. This requires the creation of the necessary production base for maintaining the rolling stock in good condition, the widespread use of progressive and resource-saving maintenance and repair processes, effective means of mechanization, robotization and automation of production processes, improving personnel skills, expanding construction and improving the quality of roads.
Requirements for the reliability of vehicles are increased due to the increase in speeds and intensity of traffic, power, load capacity and capacity of cars, as well as with the strengthening of technological and organizational links between road transport and serviced enterprises and other modes of transport.
Road transport consumes a significant amount of spare parts, materials used in maintenance and repair, a variety of technological equipment, accessories and equipment.
Road transport is the largest consumer of fuel for energy resources, the economical use of which depends on the quality of work of power supply systems, electrical equipment, undercarriage and other mechanisms and assemblies of the car, as well as personnel qualifications. An important problem solved by road transport, in particular technical operation, is the use of not only alternative fuels for ICE, but also methods that reduce the influence of their combustion products.

The state of the car service enterprise is influenced by many factors, both external and internal: demand for car service services, competitiveness of the enterprise, qualification of working personnel, qualification of management personnel, etc. We must not forget that we live in a motorized society, so the demand for car service services will only increase over time, so designers should think about plans for the future.
