The cinema building is designed to have a hall with 325 seats measuring 12.9x25.5 m with an emergency exit to the street. The area of the hall is 328.95 m2 in accordance with the requirements of SP 309.1325800.2017 "Theatre and Spectacle Buildings".

A vestibule with 1 ticket office and a large foyer is provided, taking into account the required areas according to SP 309.1325800.2017 "Theatre and Spectacle Buildings". A buffet with an emergency exit to the street is also designed. The planned building includes an administrative and utility block for all cinema staff.
