Introduction

The project develops architectural and structural solutions of the public building, taking into account the dimensions of the building, materials, the construction area and the main regulatory requirements.

The place of construction is the city of Tver. The cinema is designed for 300 and will provide residents of the city with viewing films, presentations and other cultural events. The construction of such a public building is current.

The purpose of the project is to obtain architectural and design skills using the example of volumetric planning and structural solutions of a public building.

Urban planning plan of the site

The cinema construction site is located in a residential microdistrict in Tver, has an L-shape and is limited from the north by a park zone. From the east - inside quarterly residential access roads. The area of ​ ​ the site within the allotted boundaries is 1156. The plot at the cinema includes a park, an area, a car park, access roads for private transport, fire engines and ambulances. The cinema building is oriented taking into account the development project of the district and natural and climatic conditions. The location and orientation of public and residential buildings provide solar insulation of residential premises and territories for at least 3 hours, and also provide for measures to limit the thermal effect of solar radiation. The distance between nearby buildings is 1.5 times the height of the building or more. Around the cinema there is a circular detour 3.5 m wide with a distance of 5-8 m from the wall of the building.

Pedestrian alleys have a rectilinear regular layout, their width is 2.25 m. The width of pedestrian walking paths is 1.5 m. For pedestrian traffic near buildings, we design sidewalks - driveways that allow occasional traffic. The minimum width of the sidewalk is 2.75m. To create good sanitary and hygienic conditions, green spaces are arranged on the territory of the site.

Landscaping of the territory is carried out by planting various types of coniferous and deciduous trees, lawns, as well as shrubs with a dense and rare crown.

Driveways, paving. Sidewalks, footpaths are lined with paving tiles.

When designing the general plan, SNiP 2.07.0189 * "Urban Planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements. Also, under the master plan, there is a wind rose built for the city of Omsk according to SNiP 2.01.0182 "Construction climatology and geophysics."

Building engineering equipment

The building is equipped with: water supply, sewerage, power supply, fire alarm, lightning rod.

Ventilation.

Heating system.
