Additional information

Introduction

The building is located in the city of Voronezh. It is designed to meet the daily needs of city residents. The construction of such a public building is current today, and the use of inexpensive and located materials in this area allows to reduce construction costs to a minimum.

The construction site is not leveled. Ground elevations are taken with the help of level surveying, and construction work is carried out based on the obtained data.

In the construction of the household building, a prefabricated ribbon reinforced concrete foundation is used. The walls are built from small elements - gas and foam concrete blocks and bricks. Flooring is carried out by reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is flat, rolled.

2. Urban planning plan of the site

The building is located next to the highway along which local traffic is carried out. The building is surrounded by pedestrian zones that separate the building itself from the highway.

The entire territory of the site is landscaped. In front of the building is a small square, as well as paved alleys with benches and a fountain. A fire passage was left around the building.

All elements of improvement are interconnected by sidewalks and footpaths, and are separated from each other by trees and shrubs of various sizes.

Landscaping of the territory is carried out by planting various types of coniferous and deciduous trees, lawns, as well as shrubs with a dense and rare crown.

3. Architectural and planning solution

The building has the shape of a polygon.

It consists of two floors. Floor height - 3.60 m.

The cinema includes the following rooms.

On the ground floor there are: Cash station lobby, Cash desk, poster and carpentry, Electric shield, staff room, sanitary units. The second floor includes: Buffet, a director's office, office, Projective, rewinding, the platform between projective and rewinding, accumulator, acid, electropower, the room of the mechanic and radio knot, the bathroom with washbasins.

The building gets through the vestibule of the main entrance and then passes into the lobby. From there, visitors can walk to the ticket office, then along two stairs, climbing to the second floor, to the buffet, next to which is the entrance to the auditorium.

Ventilation is located in the load-bearing walls of the bathroom. Gutters are located in boxes near the load-bearing walls.

4. Constructive solution

4.1. Foundations and foundations.

An assembly reinforced concrete foundation consisting of a pillow and a foundation wall is laid on the compacted soil. Design depth of measurement:

dƒ=k* dƒн

k - coefficient of influence of thermal mode of building on freezing of soils near external foundations of heated building.

K = 0.6 - in a building without a basement, with floors on the ground.

dƒн =120 mm.

df = 0.6 * 120 = 0.72 m

The width of the pillow is 1200 mm.

The height of the pillow is 300 mm.

Width of foundation wall 600mm

4.2. Walls.

The walls consist of small elements, layered - plastered brick, cement sand mortar, foam concrete with a density of 400 kg/m3 and a layer of lime-sand mortar

- brick dimensions 250 * 120 * 65 mm.

- dimensions of foam block 600 * 300 * 200

- 120 mm partitions.

4.3. Overlaps.

Interstage overlapping is carried out by various multi-stop floor panels with a thickness of 220 mm, with support on two sides. Structural floors consist of load-bearing plates and floors laid on them with sound insulation arranged. Slabs are laid along walls and runs, the depth of the slabs resting on the walls is 120 mm. Slabs are anchored by steel bonds with external walls and with each other.

The seams between the slabs are sealed with M100 cement mortar. 100 brand. Nomenclature of plates used - CAS - 59.12; CAS - 30.09; CAS - 30.12; CAS - 120.30.

4.4. Roof.

The roof is flat roll with a slope. First, vapor insulation is laid 1 layer of ruberoid on bitumen mastic. Then the tree is poured to slope the roof. Rigid mineral wool slabs serving as insulation are laid on top. Roll waterproofing carpet is glued onto cement sand mortar tie-off placed above mineral wool. Roof slope i = 9%. The building has an internal drain.

4.5. Stair knot.

Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete from small elements, half-revolved.

By purpose:

- basic - for everyday communication between floors

By the number of marches:

- two-march

Under fire safety conditions - in capital non-combustible walls. Illuminated by natural light, a light lamp is designed in the building

7. Fire fighting measures.

The building has I degree of fire resistance. Partitions and walls have fire resistance of at least 1 hour. All wooden structures are treated with flame retardant. In the building there are personal protective equipment against fire - fire extinguishers.

The cinema building has 2 evacuation exits. Escape doors open towards the exit. Stairways are used to evacuate from the second floor. From the auditorium there is 2 evacuation exit 910mm wide. And also additional fire safety measures such as a fire-resistant curtain and a fire system. The cinema building has a convenient entrance for fire engines.
