3 Purpose of the installation.

Automatic fire alarm installation is designed to detect fire in protected rooms, to generate a fire signal and information about the plant operation, to start the fire warning system, to control the building engineering equipment.

4 Main technical solutions adopted in the project.

As equipment for automatic fire alarm installation, the project provides for the use of equipment manufactured by the Bolid LDP. The project involves merging, using an interface line

RS-485 of "S2000M" control and monitoring panel and PPKOP "Signal20P SMD" control and monitoring device for monitoring fire alarm loops in rooms installed in the security room. Relay outputs of control and receiving devices and relay amplifier of UKVK type are used for process equipment control.

Relay outputs of the control and receiving device are also used to start the fire warning system for people.

The AUPS equipment shall be installed on the ground floor of the building in the security room. Install on the wall at a height of 1.6 m from the floor elevation.

Install emergency lighting in the security room and provide artificial lighting of at least 150 lux for fluorescent lamps and at least 100 lux for incandescent lamps. Emergency lighting shall provide illumination on working surfaces of at least 10% of the corresponding standards, according to NPB882001 *.

Provide measures preventing access of unauthorized persons to AUPS equipment.

• The maximum number of user passwords has increased;

• Sections can be grouped together. This simplifies group management of security placement and removal from security. Any section can be included in multiple groups;

• Ability to specify text names not only for sections and users, but also for section groups and signaling loops. The text name can be up to 16 characters long;

• Ability to change message names from signaling loops. You can specify 32 custom rename scenarios for each signaling loop added to the console database. Each scenario allows you to specify new text names and display type for any 4 standard device signaling loopback messages;

• Configuration of the console is performed by the program "Database Administrator" from AWS "Orion Pro" or by the utility "pprog.exe" version 2.00 and higher.

FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE AFTER CONFIGURATION

• Combining loops into sections;

• Display section text names and user names in the event log. String length - up to 16 characters;

• Control of sections collection/removal and monitoring from "S2000K" panel and keyboards, "S2000KS" panels and "S20004" devices;

• Possibility of management of the outputs of C20004, Signal20P and Signal20 devices series 02. Possibility to control relay outputs with delay;

• Transfer of the events which are taking place in a system to the C2000K keyboards for indication and to informants of "S2000IT" for transfer by subscriber phone line;

• A personal computer with APM "C2000" software can be connected to the console to maintain the event log and display the states of the sections and signaling loops on the computer;

• The console in programming mode can perform the function of the interface converter "RS232 - RS485," which allows you to configure the console and devices connected to it from a personal computer without using additional interface converters;

• Possibility of connection of several fire alarm subsystems based on "C2000" consoles to personal computer with AWS "Orion." Such a system has all the advantages of the Orion AWS and works when the personal computer is turned off;

• Configuration is performed by PPROG.EXE.

PPKOP device "SMD 20P signal" provides:

• Connection of 20 alarm loops with all types of fire detectors

• Programming of loopback parameters for a specific object of operation.

• Increased noise immunity due to selection of input signal by duration and filtering of directives 50 Hz;

• Voltage in each 12V signaling loop;

• Adaptation to loop resistance;

• Having a 2-wire RS485 interface allows you to:

o control state of loops, display messages from loops on "C2000" panel or AWS "Orion";

o to register events on the printer by means of the C2000 remote controller or on the computer (through "P");

o configure loopback parameters;

• Control of operation of one ("Warning") and two ("Fire") fire detectors in the loop and monitoring of failure of the loop ("Fault");

• Serviceability in case of RS485 interface violation and after its restoration, transmission of accumulated messages to C2000 console or Orion AWS with time of their occurrence.

Based on the characteristics of the premises equipped with automatic fire alarm, combustible materials stored in them, and also in accordance with Appendix 12 of NPB 882001 *, the design provides for:

For the purpose of early detection of a fire and delivery of an evacuation signal, the premises are protected by smoke detectors of type IP 21245.

Smoke fire detector optoelectronic two-wire

IP 21245, is designed to detect sunbathing, accompanied by a phenomenon of smoke of low concentration in closed rooms. It features a co-temporary design, small dimensions, high sensitivity and noise immunity. It is adapted for operation with any receiving and control fire alarm devices of both Russian and imported production, which provide supply voltage in the alarm loop in the range from 7.5 to 30 V and perceive the "Fire" signal in the form of a jump decrease in the detector internal resistance in direct polarity to a value of not more than 500 Ohm.

Technical specifications:

Sensitivity: 0.05-0.2 dB/m.

Actuation inertia: not more than 5 s.

Current consumption in standby mode: 0.05 mA

Designed for continuous operation at ambient temperature from minus 25 to plus 55 ° С

Overall dimensions of detector with socket: not more than 93 x 60 mm.

Average service life: at least 10 years.

Smoke fire detectors are installed on the ceiling, on the path of the most likely smoke flow.

Each room is protected by at least two fire detectors (item 12.16 of NPB 882001 *).

In accordance with item 13.2 * NPB 882001 *, the circuit for switching on the detectors in the fire alarm system provides for the output of the signal "Fire," when one smoke detector is activated (the second detector is duplicate and serves to increase the reliability of the system in case of failure of one of the detectors installed in the room).

To send a signal about a fire in case of its visual detection by duty or maintenance personnel, it is provided to place manual fire detectors of IPR-I type at the main and spare evacuation exits.

Place the manual detectors according to the working drawings on the wall at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level.

Actuation of the manual detector sets PSK to "Fire" mode, bypassing "Attention" mode.

The choice of fire detectors of this type is justified by the most complete compliance of their parameters with the characteristics of the protected premises, as well as the requirements of NPB 11003.

To alert people about a fire occurring in the premises, a sound warning system of the 2nd type is adopted.

The CO equipment performs the following main functions:

• Ensuring the necessary audibility in all places of permanent or temporary stay of people;

• Light indicators "Exit";

• Preservation of serviceability in the absence of main power supply.

To ensure serviceability of the fire alarm system during 24 hours in standby mode, 3 hours in alarm mode, 1 hour in the mode of operation of the warning system when the main power supply is disconnected, a backup power supply is provided "RIP 12 isp. 05 "complete with a 12V battery, 17A * h and a box for additional installation of 1 12V battery, 17A * h.

Power supply of "Output" light indicators with built-in backup power source is performed directly from the building power distribution panel.

The equipment envisaged in the design can be replaced with similar equipment in terms of purpose, parameters and properties, in the presence of certificates of conformity and fire safety, valid in the territory

of the Russian Federation.

5 Principle of automatic fire alarm operation.

The principle of operation of the automatic control system is based on constant monitoring by the units of the receiving and monitoring device of electrical modes in the alarm. When two fire detectors are activated, installed in one protected room, the corresponding unit receives and stores the signal. As a result, actions are performed according to the specified algorithm.

6 Electrical wiring.

Wiring of automatic fire alarm system loops from PSK to detectors and interface line are performed by 2x0.5 KSPV cable. The power line from the switchboard to the standby power supplies is made by 3x1.5 HVG cable. The power supply line from the standby power supply source to the device, from the device to the annunciators, the power supply line from the switchgear to the "Output" light indicators are made by the 2x0.75 VVP cable. Cables and wiring shall be laid in electrical duct on walls or in PVC pipe under overlapping with observance of distance of 0.5 m from power lines or perpendicular to them.

7 Grounding.

The equipment of fire alarm systems must be grounded (suspended) in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.03085, SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE-2002 and the instructions of the manufacturers of components of fire alarm systems and the fire warning system.

8 Information on the organization of installation works.

Perform works on installation of signalling equipment at the time specified in the Contract. At the same time, the following preparatory work shall be carried out by the installation and installation organization:

- design documentation has been adopted and studied;

- studied the construction part of the SNiP 3.05.0685 facility;

- received from the Customer (Gene. Contractor) materials, signalling equipment to be installed, in quantity and nomenclature, provided by the project; the presence of electric lighting in the installation area was checked;

- design of works execution in accordance with RD 78.14592 or inspection acts has been developed and approved.

Alarm equipment, materials, technical documentation of manufacturers (passport, installation and operation instructions for technical equipment, certificates for materials) shall be transferred by the Customer (Gene. Contractor) of the installation and installation organization in accordance with the procedure and within the terms established by the current "rules on the relationship of organizations - General Contractors with Subcontractors" and the schedule for the supply of materials.
