1. Design and purpose of the product.

The carriage is designed for cutting fiberglass plates and is an integral part of the installation for its production. The head of the carriage 11.020 is equipped with a working tool - a grinding wheel D200 x 2 GOST 2424-60 

The carriage consists of the following components and parts: housing assembly 11.011 heads 11.020 gaskets 11.001-1, 11.001-2, 11.001-3 and 11.002 covers 11.003 standard bolts and washers.

The main parts of the 11.010 assembly are the 11.011 housing, the 11.012 gear, the 11.013 shaft, the 11.014 caps and the 46114 ball bearings.

                                 In the bore of the glass 11.021 there are roller bearings 7206 and a sleeve 11.023, which are mounted and the cylindrical part of the shaft-gear 11.022.From above, the boring of the glass 11.021 is closed with a lid 11.024, in the groove of which the sealing ring SP52-39-5 is placed.

A disc 11.031 is mounted on the sleeve 11.032 and welded to it by electric welding. On the disc there are gaskets 11.025, between which there is a working tool - a grinding wheel D200 x 2.
