Course project: "Thermal calculation of the steam generator KE-10-14S".
The main type of boiler unit KE-10-14S, a note with a calibration calculation, all tables are made in Excel.
The boiler has a unified upper and lower drums with an internal diameter of 1000 mm and a distance between them of 2750 mm, as well as side screens and a convective beam.
The side walls of the furnace chamber are shielded, the front and rear walls are made of refractory bricks (without screens). The width of the furnace chamber of the boiler is 2874 mm.On the right side of the rear wall of the furnace chamber of the boiler there is a window through which the combustion products enter the combustion chamber and further into the convective beam.
Under the combustion chambers, it is tilted in such a way that the bulk of the pieces of fuel falling into the chamber roll onto the grate. Convective beam tubes, beaded in the upper and lower drums, installed with a pitch along the drum of 90 mm and a transverse pitch of 110 mm (except for the middle one, equal to 120 mm, and the side sinuses, whose width is 195-387 mm).
