HEAT RECOVERY BOILER, ECONOMIZER, COMBUSTION PROCESS OF FUEL IN FURNACE, USEFUL HEAT LOAD OF FURNACE, AIR EXCESS FACTOR, VOLUME OF COMBUSTION PRODUCTS, ENTHALPY OF COMBUSTION PRODUCTS, H-T DIAGRAM OF COMBUSTION PRODUCTS, THERMAL BALANCE OF COMBUSTION PROCESS, HEAT ANALYSIS OF BOILER. The purpose of the work is to conduct a calibration calculation of the recovery boiler. During operation: the thermal analysis method for the refinery process furnace has been studied; thermal calculations are given; Boiler-utilizer is selected with indication of its technical characteristics in tabular form; verification calculation of the selected recovery boiler with determination of the design temperature at the boiler outlet; diagram of coolant movement along heat exchange surface with indication of temperature values is presented. As a result, it has been shown that the heat of the flue gases exiting the process furnaces can be used to produce dry saturated steam in the recovery boiler, thereby providing additional energy savings in the plant.
