Description
Calculate the oil trunk pipeline for pumping GG million tons of oil per year. The length of the oil pipeline is L km, the difference in geodetic marks is Dz=zK-zH. Oil with properties of r293, n273, n293 is transported through the pipeline; The design pumping temperature is tP °C. The permissible operating pressure is assumed to be equal to PDOP = 6.5 MPa.
- Select the standard diameter of the pipeline and pumping equipment.
- Calculate the wall thickness of the pipe.
- Determine the head loss for a given pumping volume.
- Determine the number of pumping stations.
