Introduction

Modern industrial construction production is carried out on the basis of a developed network of manufacturers.

Projects intended for introduction into mass construction should fully meet modern functional and aesthetic requirements and ensure cost-effectiveness of construction due to the wide use of progressive space-planning and structural solutions, as well as the maximum use of industrial methods of building construction. These requirements are most fully met in typical design, which is the leading direction in the design of mass civilian buildings.

Typing consists in the constant selection of the most universal volumetric and structural solutions for this period, which give the greatest economic effect in the construction and operation of buildings.

Before starting construction, they are developing a project for the future building. The concept of the project includes a complex of the survey, proektnokonstruktorsky, settlement, budget and other works defining the most expedient space-planning and constructive solution of the designed building and also its cost.

Design of industrial buildings shall be guided by:

the main technical directions in the design of enterprises of the relevant industries based on the near future development of science and technology;

Applicable Building Codes and Regulations, Design and Construction Instructions, catalogues of projects, building structures and parts;

approved price lists, estimate codes and regulations, design and construction instructions, catalogues of projects, building structures and parts;

specific capital investment standards for industries.

The design should be carried out taking into account the recommendations on the use of completed scientific research, design and structural work on the creation of new equipment, progressive technological processes.

General Plan Description

On the general plan of the plant of building structures are designed: a workshop for the production of plumbing blanks 72x102 m, an administrative building 12x30 m, warehouses of materials and finished products 18x36 m, a transformer substation 12x9 m and a checkpoint 8, 4x4.4 m. All buildings are placed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis relative to the prevailing direction of wind (SV), in accordance with construction standards, the total area of 9505 construction. All fire and sanitary breaks are observed.

The territory of the plant is as landscaped and landscaped as possible. The area of ​ ​ landscaping is 2851.5 m2, which is 30% of the total area of ​ ​ the plant.

The pavement area is 5665 m2. The coating is solid, made of asphalt concrete. There are two entrances to the territory of the plant, the first is provided for main cargo transportation, and the second is official.

Process Description

The workshop is part of the building structures. The workshop is designed for the manufacture of non-standard plumbing equipment and communications of industrial buildings.

The import of metal and semi-finished products and the export of finished products is carried out by free transport.

The workshop consists of spans of different level heights.

The building of the workshop is heated. The design temperature in the rooms is 16 ° С, the relative humidity is 50%. Natural illumination is designed for medium-precision work. The main processes in the workshop are accompanied by the release of heat and dust. Light-aeration lights shall be provided.

When designing administrative rooms, keep in mind. That the shop works in two shifts. According to the sanitary characteristics of production processes, workers in the workshop are assigned to group 1B - 40%, 2B - 60%.

Space Planning Solution

The workshop building has a length of 101 m and a width of 72 m. Consists of: four spans 7.2 m high; the width of the spans is 18 m, and from the span perpendicular to them 8.4 m high; the width of the spans is 18 m, a transverse deformation seam is provided. Frame spacing in longitudinal direction is 6m. Column snapping to pro-longitudinal breakout axes is zero. The cross-axis reference is centered on the columns. End columns and strings at deformation seam are displaced from laying axes by 500 mm relative to column center.

The total area of the workshop (9505 m2) is divided into production areas:

1. Metal warehouse 1290 m2;

2. Locksmith and mechanical compartment 1080 m2;

3. Department of plumbing structures 1080 m2;

4. Ventilation preparation 1080 m2;

5. Piping department 1080 m2; 4

6. Finished goods warehouse 1720 m2.

In the spans there is a bridge crane with a lifting capacity of 10 tons and four suspended cranes with a lifting capacity of 3 tons.

Constructive solution

The structural diagram of the building is frame.

The foundations for the columns are reinforced concrete prefabricated, columnar type, depth-on-laying - 1.8 m. The foundations for the framing columns are columnar, prefabricated reinforced concrete with a size of 400x400 mm.

Foundation beams 6 m long, prefabricated, reinforced concrete with a T-section, series FB6 - 2; FB6 – 3; FB6 – 4; FB6 – 5. The upper elevation of the foundation beams is 0.03m.

Columns for a building without a bridge crane series 1.423 - 5 with a height of 7200 mm, rectangular section 400x400mm. Columns for a building with a bridge crane single-console series KE0149 with a height of 8400 mm, cross section of the crane part 400x600 mm.

The bearing structure of the coating is a lattice beam of the 1.462-3 series for low-slope coating, - 18 m long, 0.08% slope.

Crane beams 6 m long have a T-section.

Reinforced concrete ribbed slabs with a size of 6xZm.

Wall panels (6m) are made of ceramsite concrete,.

Metal crosses are installed in each temperature compartment in the middle between the columns. Vertical metal links are installed at ends and at deformation seam in bearing structures of coating and in ends of light-aeration canopy.

Light-aeration canopy 6 m wide.

The glazing is tape, according to the class of visual work.

Internal drainage through water intake funnels located in each endow every 24 m.

The steam insulation used is 1 layer of ruberoid - 5 mm, insulation - keramzite concrete plates with γ = 400 m/kg - 100 mm, the roof is covered with four layers of ruberoid on bitumen mastic.

There are gates (with wickets) 2pc 3.6x3m. Along the entire perimeter of the building there is an asphalt concrete pavement 0.8 m wide.

Description of Engineering Equipment

Water supply - economically - drinking water from the external network.

Sewerage - to the external network.

Heating - centralized water supply from external heating networks.

Ventilation - plenum-exhaust.

Lighting is natural and artificial.

Power supply - from external network 380/220V.

The building is designed with a pitched roof and equipped with internal drains.
