Description

Boiler room for a building with 60 seats on the street. Komsomolskaya, 12 in the city of Tambov.

The project provides for:

- installation of two hot-heat boilers Viessmann Vitoplex 100, thermal power Q = 250 kW each

- installation of two plate-type heat exchangers to prepare hot water for WAN needs (50% load each)



- installation of circulation pumps of the heating system with frequency control type Wilo Stratos (one operating and one standby)

- installation of circulating heat supply pumps of ventilation and WAN systems, as well as boiler circuit recirculation line (two operating - with frequency control type Wilo Stratos, one

backup type Wilo TOP-S)

- installation of circulation pumps of WAN system of Wilo Star-Z type (one operating and one standby)

- signalling of boiler room gas content is performed by means of natural gas and carbon monoxide gas analyzers in complex with alarm and control unit.

1 Information on the production program and product nomenclature, characteristics of the accepted production flow chart as a whole and characteristics of individual process parameters, production organization requirements, data on the labour intensity of production

The boiler room is designed to produce thermal energy for the needs of heating, ventilation and hot water supply systems. Heating and ventilation systems are connected according to a dependent scheme. The WAN system is connected according to an independent scheme through plate-type detachable heat exchangers.

Boiler room operation mode - without permanent presence of maintenance personnel. All processes are automated.

2 Rationale for core resource requirements for technological needs

Fuel for the boiler house - natural gas. This type of fuel is selected in accordance with the requirements of the specification. Coolant - water.

3 Description of sources of raw materials and materials

Natural gas is supplied to the boiler house from the city gas supply network. Water comes from the urban drinking water supply.

4 Description of requirements to product parameters and quality characteristics

The boiler room thermal scheme provides for:

- preparation of water for heating needs with parameters 95 ° С - 70 ° С.

- ventilation system heat supply with parameters 95 ° С - 70 ° С

- preparation of water for WAN needs with parameters of 65 ° С - 5 ° С.

The process solution provides for weather-dependent temperature control of the heating system coolant according to the temperature schedule of the thermal network; control is carried out by means of a three-way valve

-regulation of hot water temperature in WAN system by means of two-way valve

-protection of boilers from coolant temperature decrease below 69 ° in return pipeline to boilers (it is performed by means of two-way valve)

- use of two K4 pumps during operation of ventilation systems and WAN and one K4 pump during operation of only WAN system; K5 pump is standby

- operation of boilers according to cascade scheme; boiler switching on and off is accompanied by opening and closing of the disk gate with electric drive on the boiler pipeline, respectively.

5 Substantiation of parameters and characteristics of accepted technological processes and equipment

Pumps with frequency control are used as pumping equipment for the heating, heat supply system of ventilation systems and WCS, which provides saving of electric energy, high service life, hydraulic stability of consumer circuits.

6 Substantiation of quantity and types of auxiliary equipment, including lifting equipment, vehicles and mechanisms

The boiler room provides for:

- installation of two plate-type heat exchangers to prepare hot water for WAN needs (50% load each)

- installation of circulation pumps of the heating system with frequency control type Wilo Stratos (one operating and one standby)

- installation of circulation heat supply pumps of ventilation systems and WCS, as well as boiler circuit recirculation line (two operating - with frequency control type Wilo Stratos, one standby type Wilo TOPS)

- installation of circulation pumps of WAN system of Wilo StarZ type (one operating and one standby)

- installation of continuous water softening system

- installation of proportional dosing complex for chemical water deaeration

- installation of expansion tank for compensation of temperature expansion of water.

7 List of measures to ensure compliance with requirements for technical devices, equipment, buildings, structures and structures at hazardous production facilities

According to SNiP II3576, equipment and alarm protection requirements are imposed. The boiler house design provides for the following activities:

- signalling of boiler room gas content is performed by means of natural gas and carbon monoxide gas analyzers in complex with alarm and control unit. A quick-acting shut-off valve is installed on the inlet gas pipeline, which cuts off the gas supply to the boiler room in case of an emergency.

The project provides dispatching of possible emergency situations with transmission of an alarm signal to the remote control panel.

Such situations include: -

- emergency pressure at boiler supply line

- controller failure

- emergency shutdown of all pump groups

- exceeding the limit concentration of natural gas or carbon monoxide.

8 Information on the estimated number, professional and qualification composition of workers with distribution by groups of production processes, number of workplaces and their equipment - for production facilities

The boiler house operates without the constant presence of maintenance personnel.

9 Description of automated systems used in the production process - for production objects

The automated boiler room control system is based on the Siemens controller. The system provides adjustment of specified parameters and control of process equipment.

10 Results of calculations on the quantity and composition of harmful emissions into the atmosphere and discharges into water sources (by individual workshops, production facilities) - for production facilities

Flue gas emissions from boilers to the environment are carried out through a chimney. Emissions are in the amount of 340.4 m3/h from each boiler (2x340.4 = 680.8 m3/h). Flue gases contain 10% CO2.
