General part
The project of gas equipment of the block-modular boiler house for heat supply of complex residential buildings (400 apartments) was carried out on the basis of the technical assignment of the customer and technical conditions of Gazpromregiongaz No.
The working drawings comply with the design codes and regulations, the requirements of SNiP 42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems" and PB 1252903 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems."
The designed boiler house is equipped with three hot water gas-tube three-way boilers "Thermotechnik TT100" LLC "Entroros." The rated thermal power of two boilers is 1500 kW each and the third - 2000 kW. The unit-modular boiler house is separate and designed for heat supply of complex residential buildings.
Heat engineering part of the project, boiler house heating and ventilation, flue gas removal and automation and instrumentation design, see separate sections of the project.
Boiler room operation is provided with constant presence of maintenance personnel.
Thermotechnic TT100 boilers with a nominal thermal power of 1500 kW are equipped with gas burners "CIB UNIGAS" P 73 A model M-.PR.S.RU.A.8.50, boiler "Thermotechnic TT100" 2000 kW - R 91 A model a-.Ru.50 MB.PR.s.
Flue gas removal from boilers is carried out in three chimneys: two with diameter = 400 mm and one with diameter = 500 mm (see heat engineering part of the project).
Boiler room ventilation shall comply with the requirements of SNiP for the production located in it and provide 3x air exchange of the room (see separate section of the project).
All gas equipment embedded in the project has certificates of compliance with the Gosstandart of Russia and permission from Rostekhnadzor for use in Russia.
Estimated heat and fuel consumption
According to the calculations, the maximum hourly heat consumption for the needs of heating and hot water supply of complex residential buildings, the own needs of the boiler house, in the heating period, in order to maintain standard internal air temperatures in premises of various purposes, is 3.562 Gcal/h.
The annual heat consumption for heating is 4383 Gcal/year,
for hot water supply - 4206 Gcal/year;
for own needs of the boiler house - 235 Gcal/year .
The maximum estimated annual consumption of natural gas of the Astrakhan field at Qn = 8100 kcal/m3 is - 1372.0 thousand nkub.m/year, the nominal fuel - 1.588 thousand tons/year. The maximum design hourly gas flow rate is 532.0 thousand nkub.m/year.
Boiler room gas equipment
The source of gas supply of the boiler house is the designed inlet of the medium pressure gas pipeline P = 20 kPa dy100.
To measure the flow rate of natural gas in the boiler room, there is an installation of a general commercial metering unit equipped with an SGEK measuring complex based on the rotary counter RVGG250 with a gas volume corrector EK270. Measurement range of RVGG250 1:20 - Qmax = 400 m3/h, Qmin = 20 m3/h under standard conditions.
Gas filter GF40100/3 is installed in front of RVGG250 counter to clean gas from mechanical impurities. Allowable pressure drop on the filter cartridge is 1kPa.
The diameters of the gas pipelines are selected on the basis of the hydraulic calculation made for the medium pressure gas pipeline in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems ."
KTZ 00110002 interflanch valve actuating in case of fire and disconnecting solenoid valve VN4H3 dy100 actuating in case of power outage and room gas alarm are installed at the gas pipeline inlet to the boiler room.
Industrial safety
1. The boiler house construction part meets the design standards. Building of boiler house II of normal liability class, III degree of fire resistance; boiler room category for fire and explosion hazard - "D."
2. The boiler room ventilation system meets the requirements of SNiP for the production located in it and provides 3x air exchange of the room.
3. The boilers as a part of the burner have automation of gas combustion safety and regulation .
4. The boilers are fully automated and equipped with a safety automation system that ensures the cessation of gas supply at:
- increase or decrease of gaseous fuel pressure upstream burners;
- reduction of air pressure upstream the burners;
- reduction of rarefaction in the furnace;
- ignition of burner flares, disconnection of which is not allowed during boiler operation:
- increase of water temperature at boiler outlet;
- increase or decrease of water pressure at boiler outlet;
- faults of protection circuits, including voltage failure.
5. Solenoid valve of grade is installed at gas pipeline inlet to boiler room
VN-4N-3 dy100, interlocked with gas content detector for CO carbon monoxide and CH4 methane in the boiler room air. The valve cuts off the gas supply to the boiler room when the 10% from the lower ignition limit of natural gas or the carbon monoxide concentration of 20mg/m3 is reached.
Start-up and operation conditions
1. The boiler room is fully automated and works with permanent maintenance personnel.
2. The boiler room shall have a sound and light alarm when the boiler room is gas-free 10% of the lower flammability limit of natural gas.
3. The boiler room shall display operating instructions for gas-fuelled units.
4. Start-up, shutdown and operation of boilers shall be carried out in strict accordance with the approved instruction.
