1. Common part.

This working design album contains the main solutions for fire alarm management in the room:

Heat Networks Balashikha LLC

At the address: Moscow region, Balashikha, st. Sverdlova, d.12

The working design is carried out in accordance with the current norms and rules. The safety of maintenance personnel and the safety of technical means are ensured subject to the measures and rules for operation of electrical installations provided by the design.

The working design is developed on the basis of the Customer's technical assignment, floor plans and regulatory documentation requirements.

2. List and characteristics of protected premises.

The object is a 4-story brick administrative building with a total area of ​ ​ 1587.9 square meters. The floors of the building are reinforced concrete. The ceiling height on the 1st floor is 3 meters, on the 2nd floor - 3 meters, on the 3rd floor - 2.7 meters, on the attic - 0.2 meters, 3.1 meters, 3.8 meters. In accordance with NPB 11003, all rooms with the exception of bathrooms, staircases and rooms of category D and B4 are subject to fire alarm equipment.

To detect the fire source, the object is equipped with smoke and manual fire detectors. Each room is provided with installation of at least two automatic fire detectors with output of alarm loop to fire control and receiving device.

3. Main technical decisions made in the project.

Fire alarm.

Fire alarm (hereinafter referred to as FR) is designed to ensure continuous monitoring of the fire condition of the facility and to generate alarms in case of fire (fire).

The designed automatic fire alarm system includes:

- server of integrated system "ARM Server" Orion Pro "" based on personal computer;

- remote workstation of the integrated AWS Monitor Orion Pro system based on a personal computer;

- panel of control and control of "M C2000";

- fire control and acceptance device "Signal20P SMD";

- uninterruptible power supply unit BIRP12/4.0;

- automatic smoke detectors IP2donbass 1M;

- manual detectors IPR-I.

In normal mode, IR devices are monitored and controlled by Orion Pro Server.

Remote workstation of integrated system "AWS Monitor" Orion Pro "" is installed at the security post to provide visual monitoring of status of AR sections on graphic plans of rooms and also to control taking and removal of sections .

In case of power outage (220V) of the integrated system, fire alarm control and instrument monitoring automatically passes to the C2000 M monitoring and control panel.

The server of the integrated system "ARM Server" Orion Pro "" provides:

- control of the entire integrated system, storage of databases, archiving of events;

- monitoring of "Signal 20P SMD" devices connected via RS-485 interface;

- display on the monitor and log all events in the system;

- alarm signalling;

- combining signaling loops into sections;

- display of sections and their status in graphical space plans;

- control of sections collection and removal;

- Change system settings and configuration

- delimiting user privileges based on the system of access passwords and time schedules.

Remote workstation of the integrated AWS Monitor Orion Pro system provides:

- display of events in the system on the monitor;

- alarm signalling;

- display of sections and their status in graphical space plans;

- control of sections collection and removal;

- Change the configuration of the system interface

- delimiting user privileges based on the system of access passwords and time schedules.

The From 2000 M control panel provides:

- monitoring of "Signal 20P SMD" devices connected via RS-485 interface.

- displaying on the liquid crystal display and logging in the non-volatile buffer all events occurring in the system (up to 1023 events).

- alarm alarm on built-in audio indicator

- combining signaling loops into sections.

- control of collection/removal and monitoring of sections status.

-Distribution of user permissions based on password system.

"Signal 20P SMD" safety and fire control device provides:

- up to 20 alarm loops for all types of analog fire detectors;

- programming of parameters of signaling loops;

- 1224V voltage in each signaling loop;

- adaptation to the reactive resistance of the alarm loop;

- two-wire RS485 interface.

The standby power supply to the "Signal 20P SMD" receiver and control panel "S2000 M" is supplied from a separate uninterruptible power supply "BIRP12/4.0" with two automatic batteries with a capacity of 7 Ah.

Fire alarm devices and detectors are accepted in accordance with the "List of technical means of automatic fire extinguishing and fire alarm, having received certificates of compliance in GOST-R Certification Systems and certification of products and services in the field of fire safety"

The following types of fire detectors are used for fire detection:

- automatic smoke fire detector IP2donbass 1M;

- IPR-I manual fire detector.

Smoke detectors provide control in premises where smoke is the primary factor of the fire.

Smoke fire detectors, when installed on the ceiling, shall be located:

a) If the ceiling height is less than 3.5 meters:

- from wall to detector not more than 4.5 meters;

- between detectors not more than 9 meters.

b) At ceiling height from 3.5 to 6.0 meters:

- from wall to detector not more than 4.0 meters;

- between detectors not more than 8 meters.

IPR-I manual fire detectors are installed on escape routes at a height of 1.5 meters from the floor level, based on the condition that within 0.75 meters of it there are no other controls and objects preventing access to the detector, and the distance between detectors does not exceed 50 meters.

The distance from the detectors to the heat radiating devices shall not be less than 0.5 meters.

In case of parallel open laying, the distance from wires and fire alarm cables with voltage up to 60 V to power and lighting cables shall be at least 0.5 meters.

Wiring of alarm loops in the premises of the object is performed by wire KSPV 2 * 0.5 mm in PVC duct or corrugated PVC pipe D = 16 mm.

Warning and evacuation management system.

The fire warning system is designed to alert people about a fire and indicate escape routes. The audible alarm is started automatically when the fire alarm is triggered from the relay of the instrument "Signal 20P SMD." " The total number of sounders installed in the building is 8 pcs.

In the sound notification annunciators the okhrannopozharny sound "Svirel12" released by LLC AvroraBiNiB Volgograd are used.

Evacuation management system based on:

Light annunciator "BlikS12," produced by SvetlanOptoelectronika CJSC, St. Petersburg

Algorithm of the system operation.

The fire alarm system is on standby around the clock.

At operation of one smoke fire detector of alarm loop, "Signal 20P SMD" device transmits "Fire" signal. The corresponding information is transmitted and displayed on the graphical plan of the Automated Workstation, or on the C2000 M monitoring and control panel, after which the device "20P SMD Signal," by switching relay contacts, turns on the fire warning system.

When one manual fire detector is activated, the "Fire" signal is immediately transmitted and the fire warning system is activated.

Organization of production and performance of installation works.

The fire alarm system shall be installed in accordance with RD 78.14593 in the following sequence:

- preparatory works.

-Wiring cables and wires.

- installation of fire detectors.

- installation and interfacing of equipment.

- power supply.

- system programming.

- commissioning works.

- system check in operating mode.

Preparatory work includes:

- study of design documentation.

- check of integrity and operability of devices.

- check of integrity and operability of detectors.

- inspection of materials.

- preparation of workplaces.

The condition of wires and cables before laying must be checked by external inspection and "nickname." Note the integrity of the insulation during inspection.

Instruments shall be installed according to NPB 882001 * items 12.48, 12.49, 12.50, 12.52.

The supplied instruments specified in the equipment specification may have modifications made by the equipment manufacturers. At the same time, the devices should be connected in strict accordance with the technical description and certificate supplied by the equipment manufacturer.

Power supply and grounding of fire alarm devices.

In accordance with the requirements for ensuring the reliability of power supply to NPB 882001 * and according to PUE, the fire alarm equipment is assigned to the consumers of the 1st ka-tegory.

In case of possible disconnection of AC power supply, voltage 1224 V is supplied to the devices from uninterruptible power supply "BIRP12/4.0," providing operation of the fire alarm system in standby mode for at least 24 hours, in alarm mode for at least 3 hours.

Connect the "BIRP12/4.0" device to the electrical panel using the 2 * 0.75 CVP cable.

Fire smoke and manual detectors are powered by alarm loops from "20P SMD Signal" device, by KSPV 2 * 0.5 wire.

Power supply of "S2000 M" test and control panel and "Signal 20P SMD" devices is performed from "BIRP12/4.0" device by KSPV 2 * 0.5 pro-water. This equipment shall be grounded.

To execute connection of sound and light annunciators to the Signal20P SMD device KSPV 2h0.5 wires through connecting boxes of UK2P.

The accepted power supply scheme in the 1st category is provided by the Customer.

Professional and qualification personnel for maintenance of fire protection plant.

The personnel number standards take into account the performance of maintenance and scheduled repair of the automatic fire alarm system by the enterprise, the organization operating this system.

Calculations are performed according to RTM 25.48882. Scheduled and repair works of the designed fire alarm system in order to ensure its reliability and failure-free operation are carried out:

- electrician of the 4th category - 2 people.
