Water disposal system
a) Information on existing and projected sewerage, drainage and wastewater treatment plants
The design of water disposal systems for an apartment building was developed on the basis of the design task, in accordance with the connection conditions N456DP dated 18.07.19. and letters N0503/4609 dated 29.05.20 issued by Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal, Cherepovets.
Water disposal of the designed object corresponds to water consumption. The discharge of domestic sewage is provided for in the existing Du 200 mm sewage network on the north side of the site on ul. Montclair.
Rain discharge is provided for in the existing Du400mm rain sewer network on the north side of the site on ul. Montclair.
The removal of meltwater and atmospheric precipitation from the yard territory is provided along the relief to the designed rain receiving wells with a settling part of 0.6 m for precipitation, installed in the lower points of the construction site of the residential complex. Wells - from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements D1000 mm according to GOST 802080, according to the typical design 9020946.88 album II with the device of cast iron hatches according to GOST 363499.
In the building, household sewage system and internal water drain are designed. The discharge of storm sewage from the roof of the building is designed through water intake funnels in the roof, then along the riser and into the designed in-house storm sewage network.

Wastewater treatment is carried out at existing municipal treatment facilities.

Drainage of a residential building: Qcyt = 140.0m3/day.
External networks of the economic and household sewerage are designed from the polyethylene corrugated two-layer pipes "KORSIS" SN8 D200mm No TU22480017301175005. Inspection wells on domestic sewage system D = 1000, 1500mm are made of prefabricated railway elements according to GOST 80202016, according to TP 9020922.84.
Pipes are laid to a depth of 1,62,25 m from the ground surface to the pipe tray on a sandy base 150 mm high and are filled on top with a layer of sand 300 mm thick with a slope of i = 0.0070,008.
Domestic sewer networks are made of polypropylene bell pipes RR D 11050 mm according to GOST 324142013 "Pipes and shaped parts from PP for internal sewer systems," releases from the building - pipes NPVC d 110160mm according to GOST 324122013 "Pipes and shaped parts from NPVC for internal sewer systems."
Compensating branch pipes and fire-fighting couplings are installed on the sewage risers on each floor. Installation of fasteners according to SP 401072003 shall be provided on risers K1. Vertical and
attach the horizontal sections by means of clamps installed under the bell of the shaped part.
Ventilation sewage risers are brought out 0.1 m above the roof

Discharge of effluents from CPS instruments located in the technical basement shall be performed using pump unit N = 270W with a separate outlet to the designed well on the sewage network.
For emptying pits in heat units (required head - 5 m, supply - 12.5m ³/h), K3n sewer pressure lines with pump units located in pits and including a submersible pump and control cabinet and separate outlets to the designed wells on the sewage network are provided.
The intersection of domestic and rain sewage launches with the basement walls is sealed according to s.5.90526.08.
Install internal networks according to SNiP 3.05.0185 and SP401072003.
f) Decisions on collection and discharge of drainage water
Protection of basements and lowering of ground water level is carried out by wall drainage. Drainage is made of double-layer profiled pipes "Perforator" D160mm with perforation as per TS 2248004730117502011.
Around the drill there is a 3-layer sprinkling with filtering material, gravel and linen. Inspection wells D = 1000 mm are taken according to standard solution 9020911.84. Drainage is discharged to Du350 rain sewage system .
Install the drain according to the requirements of the 8.0051 series .
The networks shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the current SNiP 3.05.0485.
