Master Plan
The designed industrial building is located in the city of Varandey on the territory of the former mechanical assembly enterprise. In addition to the designed building there are warehouses, a workshop, an ABK of the designed workshop, a checkpoint. The master plan also includes access roads and sidewalks. The width of roads is 6.12 m, sidewalks are 1.5 m, the radius of turn of roads is 9 m for the possibility of large transport. Paving of roads and sidewalks is made of asphalt. The territory of the enterprise is landscaped with deciduous tree species by lawns and decorative shrubs. A sanitary protection zone is provided between the enterprise and the settlement territory. Landscaping of the sanitary protection zone is organized.
Engineering communications are laid along an underground canal under lawns along sidewalks and roads.
Space Planning Solution
The designed building is a one-story industrial building of the frame type, which includes four single-span workshops. Building plan dimensions:
1 span is perpendicular to the remaining three, its dimensions 72 x 24 m (metal frame); the remaining three with dimensions of 60 x 24 m (railway frame)
Height of the first three workshops H13 = 14.4 m, and of the fourth one H4 = 12 m;
The strength and stability of the structure is ensured by the operation of a spatially unchanged system formed by rigid vertical and horizontal connections.
Bridge cranes with lifting capacity are provided in all workshops:
In the steel shop Q1 = 30t;
In the second railway shop Q2 = 32t;
In the third railway workshop Q3 = 20t;
In the fourth railway shop Q4 = 20t.
Wall material - three-layer panels such as sandwich 120 mm thick.
In the production building there are 4 entrances through rolling gates measuring 4.8x5.4 m.
Constructive solution
The production building is designed according to the framework structural scheme with transverse frames. Transverse frame is formed by foundations, columns rigidly embedded in foundations and hinged to bearing elements of coating - trusses. The framework also includes foundation beams and stiffening links.
