General Information

1.1. Description of work: design of fire alarm system and fire warning system for the administrative building of OJSC "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" at the address: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

1.2. Basis of design:

- technical assignment for development of design documentation in accordance with the architectural and planning building and specifications for connection to engineering networks.

1.3. Customer: FFFFFFFF LLC.

1.4. General designer: LLC "xxxxxxxxx."

1.5. Designer for low-current systems of the building: LLC "xxxxxxxxx."

1.6. Source of financing: Customer's own funds.

1.7. Financing procedure: determined by the relevant contracts.

1.8. The design is carried out in one stage: the "RP" stage.

2. Design Input.

2.1. Composition of designed systems.

The design documentation to be developed includes the following systems:

- fire alarm system;

- fire warning system.

2.2. Description of the object.

The built-up area is 812.8 m2.

The total area of ​ ​ the building is 1489.8 m2.

The total area of ​ ​ the building is 1362.8 m2.

The useful area of ​ ​ the building premises is 951.2 m2.

Building volume 7131.1 m3.

When developing design documentation for the fire alarm system and fire warning system, floor plans, sections of the facility buildings and technological projects should be used.

General requirements for designed systems.

Design of fire alarm system and fire warning system shall be carried out in accordance with the norms and rules applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation.

3.1. Requirements for operating conditions.

Equipment and equipment installed in the premises of the facility shall be resistant to external influences as per GOST 1515069 (U3.1, UHL4.2).

Equipment and equipment installed outdoors shall be resistant to external influences in conditions of moderate climate as per GOST 15150 69 (U1).

3.2. Technical equipment safety requirements.

The equipment to be installed shall meet electrical safety requirements as per GOST 12.2.00687.

The installed equipment shall meet fire safety requirements as per GOST 12.2.007.075.

Permissible levels of electromagnetic fields at workplaces shall meet the requirements of GOST 12.1.00684.

The equipment used, its location and operating conditions shall meet the requirements of the "Sanitary Rules and Regulations."

3.3. Requirements for continuous operation duration.

The operating mode of the systems is continuous, round-the-clock (taking into account routine maintenance).

4.1. Purpose of the system.

The fire alarm system and the fire warning system are designed to detect fires and send an alarm notification to the central observation post (checkpoint) and to controlled rooms.

The fire alarm system shall provide:

- continuous round-the-clock monitoring of the situation in the protected premises;

- output of "FIRE" signals to central monitoring station at actuation of system detectors and actuation of warning devices;

- possibility to expand the system by installing additional detectors and changing the corresponding equipment settings.

Within the framework of this project, a fire alarm and fire warning system is provided for buildings and premises of the administrative and economic building of Lyuberetskaya Teploset OJSC.

4.2. Structure and operation of the system

The selection and placement of fire alarm equipment is made on the basis of the requirements of NPB 882001 * "Fire extinguishing and alarm units. Design Codes and Regulations. " The selection and placement of the fire warning system is carried out in accordance with the requirements of NPB 10403 "Warning and Evacuation Management Systems for Fires in Buildings and Structures."

In accordance with item 4. NPB 11003 * shall protect all premises of the facility by means of automatic fire alarm installation, except for:

- with wet processes (showers, bathrooms, cooling chambers, washing rooms, etc.);

- ventilation chambers (plenum, as well as exhaust, not servicing production rooms of category A or B), pump water supply, boiler and other rooms for engineering equipment of the building, in which there are no combustible materials;

- categories B4 and D by fire hazard;

- staircases.

When choosing the type of fire detector, the primary signs of fire, the category of premises and the main requirements for fire alarm were taken into account: speed of operation, reliability of operation, simplicity of action.

The number of smoke detectors and their placement on the ceiling floors of the premises is determined according to the technical parameters for detectors, NPB 882001 * standards.

The fire alarm system is being built on the equipment of the Bolid enterprise, Russia .

In accordance with Table 2 of NPB 10403, the 2nd type of ECSS is adopted. In accordance with Table 1 of NPB 10403, for this type of ECSS, the following are required:

- sirens, tinted signals.

- static "Exit" pointers.

In accordance with item 3.9 of NPB 10403, the EPSS should function for the time required to complete the evacuation of people from the building.

The fire alarm system is designed for prompt notification of the control services about smoke and fire in the premises of the facility and transmission of alarm messages to the control and reception device.

The system is built on analog detectors DIP34A, S2000-IP and IPR 5133A, connected to controllers of two-wire communication line "S2000KDL." Exits "MALFUNCTION", "FIRE", sound annunciators and other actuation mechanisms are connected via alarm and starting S2000SP1 blocks.

On the escape routes at an altitude of 1500 mm from the floor level, manual fire detectors IPR 5133A are provided.

The project provided installation of the C2000M control panel. The C2000M panel is equipped with a liquid crystal display, light and sound indication.

In accordance with item 12.15... 12.18 NPB 882001 *, the number of automatic fire detectors is determined by the need to detect sunbathing in the controlled area of ​ ​ rooms or areas of rooms, and the number of flame detectors is determined by the controlled area of ​ ​ equipment. At least two fire detectors shall be installed in each protected room.

In accordance with item 12.24, 12.25 NPB 882001 * installation of fire detectors should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of technical documentation for this detector. In places where there is a risk of mechanical damage to the detector, a protective structure should be provided that does not violate its operability and efficiency of ignition detection.

Central equipment and fire warning and alarm equipment are installed in the room with round-the-clock stay of personnel (security room on the 1st floor).

In accordance with item 12.4 of SNiP 41012003, automatic disconnection of mechanical ventilation systems and closing of fire-retarding valves is provided. These systems are to be blocked by the fire alarm system.

Inclusion of systems of antismoke protection is carried out automatically on a signal from the fire alarm system from S2000SP1 blocks.

As part of this project, it is planned to install fire alarm and fire warning devices in the administrative building.

Equipment parameters.

Fire alarm system devices provide:

- continuous round-the-clock monitoring of the situation in the protected premises;

- output of "FIRE" signals to central monitoring station at actuation of system detectors and actuation of warning devices;

- monitoring of trunk status;

- possibility of manual signal on fire occurrence;

- possibility to expand the system by installing additional detectors and changing the corresponding equipment settings.

Within the framework of this project, a fire alarm and fire warning system is provided for buildings and premises of the administrative and economic building of OJSC FFFFFFFFFF.

The fire alarm and fire warning system can be expanded if required by the Customer. Expansion is possible by adding additional modules (devices) to the system without replacing existing equipment.
