Introduction.

The designed building - "Block-section for 28 apartments," is built according to typical projects, as in other cases most civilian buildings.

Typing is based on the selection of the most efficient space-planning and structural solutions for a given period, which give the best economic result in the construction and operation of buildings and provide comfort when using these buildings.

The typification of buildings forming buildings does not exclude the creation of urban and rural architectural ensembles that are individual in their aesthetic appearance. The experience of urban planning has shown that with skillful consideration of the natural features of the area, the use of traditional and modern finishing materials and projects, the inclusion of individual buildings being built acquire unique architectural expressiveness.

General Plan.

The section in the plan is rectangular in size 72500 by 42500 m. On the site, in addition to the designed building, there are parking lots for a/m and a recreation area. The terrain is calm .

The site on which the building is designed does not require the demolition of existing buildings, is free for development.

Sanitary protection zone protects buildings from winds and noise. Green spaces are represented by trees and shrubs of hardwood of ordinary and group planting and lawns.

For pedestrian traffic, sidewalks 1.5 m wide are provided, paving pavements are asphalt.

Structural solution of the building.

7-story single-section 28-apartment brick residential building. In case of fire, staircases made of non-combustible material are provided, doors are opened on the escape route in the direction of exit from the building. A gap of more than 100 mm is provided between the marches for passing fire hoses.

The stability and spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by a system consisting of walls, slabs, stairways and platforms and their reliable interconnection.

4.1. Foundations.

Walls resting on a monolithic pedestal, 1500 mm wide, on a pile base; with section 0.25 * 1.4 are installed on stepped monolithic pile-piece. Foundations are made on driven reinforced concrete piles of square section 0.3 * 0.3, with pitch 450. Piling depth at elevation -15.1 m. Concrete of grade 150 is used for the pile pile. Protection from groundwater and damp horizontal waterproofing was performed along the bottom of the foundation - 2 layers of toli per GBM, vertical - coating with hot bitumen in 2 times.

4.2. Walls, partitions.

External walls - brick, made of effective masonry. Brick walls are laid of ordinary brick 65mm high. To insulate lightweight brick walls, semi-rigid mineral wool slabs on a bitumen bundle are used.

4.3. Stairs.

Stairs prefabricated reinforced concrete two-march. They consist of large-sized elements - marches with two semi-sites of factory manufacture, having purely finished stages and surfaces. The fences on the stairs are metal with wooden handrails. Fencing posts are welded to embedded parts of stages.

Calculation of the stairwell.

1. Floor height Nat = 3 m.

2. The width of the march is b = 1.2 m.

3. Height of one flight of stairs Nat/2 = 1.4 m.

4. Number of risers in one march 1400/150 = 9 pcs.

5. Number of treads in one march 9-1 = 8 pcs.

6. Length of horizontal projection of march a = 300x8 = 2400 mm.

7. Site width with = 1200 mm.

8. The width of the stairwell B = 2x1.2 + 0.3 = 2.7 m.

4.4. Floors, covering, roof, drainage.

Floor - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 220 mm, made of concrete of class B15. Reinforced by At-V steel rods. The slabs are anchored by reinforcement rods with a diameter of 10 mm behind the mounting loops by welding. Plate grades: PK5615, PK-56-6, PK4615, PK-46-6.

The roof is flat, attic reinforced concrete, with a cold attic and an internal drain.

The roof structure is as follows :

• a leveling layer of cement mortar is arranged on the reinforced concrete ribbed slab;

• 4-layer ruberoid roof;

• gravel buried in hot mastic.

Attic slab construction:

• coating steam insulation is arranged on reinforced concrete slab with round voids;

• then heat insulation - mineral wool 160;

• slag-making crust 5.

4.5. Windows, doors.

Windows with separate bindings with double glazing, bivalve, wooden and aluminum in material. Window box represents frame to which window bindings are attached. Glass is inserted into specially located quarter-falcons. The boxes are coated with antiseptic and laid around the perimeter with a layer of ruberoid. The building uses a window with a height of 1460 mm, a width of 1170, 2070 mm

External entrance and tambour doors - double-deck blind with a width of 0.91 m, height - 2 m.

Internal doors - single-floor blind with a width of 0.81; 0,71; 0.51 m, height - 2 m; bipartite deaf 1.2 m wide, height - 2 m.

The doors consist of boxes fixed in the doorways of the walls with worms, clogged in specially installed wooden plugs and canvases hung on door hinges. The box is antiseptic. In partitions, the gap between the box and the guard structure is closed with a platter. All doors are made of wood

4.6. Floors

The following types of floors are designed in the building, depending on the purpose of the premises: ceramic (in bathrooms and toilets), linoleum (in residential, common rooms, in apartment corridors, house. rooms), concrete (public corridors).

Linoleum floor design:

• reinforced concrete slab;

• 10 mm thick leveling cement-sand brace over the slab;

• heat and sound insulation linoleum.

Ceramic floor design:

• reinforced concrete slab;

• Toli layer on HBM;

• 10 mm thick leveling cement-sand brace over the slab;

• ceramic tiles;

Construction of concrete floors:

• reinforced concrete slab;

• 20 mm thick concrete;

External and internal finishes.

External finishing - light-concrete panels are painted with polyvinyl acetate paints with addition of filler to obtain rough surface, stucco of brick sections of walls.

Interior decoration: mashing, plaster, limestone, glue, enamels, water emulsion paint, facing with ceramic acid-resistant tiles.

Engineering Brief

Building equipment.

Water supply - domestic - potable, industrial - fire-fighting from external networks, head at the inlet of 14 m of water column.

Sewerage - industrial and household in the external network.

Heating - water supply from the external network with parameters of 15070 ° С.

Ventilation is natural.

Hot water supply - centralized from the external network.

Power supply - from low-voltage networks with voltage of 380 - 220 V.

Electric lighting - fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps.

Communication devices - telephone communication, fire alarm, radio broadcasting.
