Description of the general plan.

The general plan of the building is defined on sheet 1 of the graphic part. Construction is carried out in the city of Cheboksary, in the zone of existing development in the area of ​ ​ Uritsky Street. The construction relief is flat, the height difference at the construction site is 0, 5 m along the length of the site 34.8 m. The designed house is located perpendicular to the street. The entrance to the building is located on the side of the fountain. The courtyard facade of the building is oriented north. The building leads 1 entrance to the entrance from the courtyard. An asphalt passage 2.5 m wide was designed for the entrance to the building.

After the construction of the house, improvement of the courtyard site is provided: parking lots, asphalting of driveways and footpaths, recreation grounds and a playground, a fountain, as a resting place, with garden benches, breaking up shrubs, lawns, planting trees, garbage collection.

Snaps the elevation of the first floor to a horizontal of 87.10 m.

At the time of the construction of the building, there are already buildings, residential buildings.

Along the roadway of the quarter there are sidewalks 2 m wide. On the section of the quarter there are shrubs. Paved sidewalks are designed for pedestrian communication. The site is landscaped by planting shrubs, arranging lawns and flower beds.

Space-planning solution of the building

The designed building is a panel, twelve-story, single-section, with longitudinal and transverse bearing walls. The shape of the building is monoblock symmetrical. The height of the first and standard floors is 3.0 m, the floor elevation of the first floor is 0.600 m relative to the ground. The building designs the used basement with a height of 1.8 m, a cold attic with a height of 1.4 m and a maximum height of 2.35 m. Internal drainage is carried out using a slope of the roof and two funnels.

The shape of the building in the plan is complex from one block resembling a rectangular shape, the total dimensions are 14.4 m * 34.8 m. The staircase lift unit is located in the middle of the building. The shape of the LLU is rectangular, dimensions are 6, 06m * 8, 8m. The total height of the house from the ground to the end of the frieze panel is 39.650 m.

One entrance leads into the building. The entrance includes a tambour and are located in axes 4-8 and KM, the entrance to the basement is located in axes 5 -7 and Z - K. The elevator unit is located in the axes EM, 4-8, it includes a staircase with a size of 1.43.0 m2 of H1 type, which is unfamiliar with passage through the air zone, a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 320 kg and a cargo and passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 500 kg, located near the living rooms, between the elevator shafts and the wall panel there is a sound insulation. The size of the elevator platform is 2.245.59 m2, the width of the inter-apartment corridors is 1.5 m. The garbage disposal room is located in the communication unit in axes 78, K-M, fenced off from the adjacent apartment with an internal panel 160 mm wide.

The waste disposal room is located near the main entrance to the building in axes 78, K-M, measuring 2.01.6 m2. It is separated from the entrance to the building and from the windows by a wall and a visor, the floor elevation of the garbage collection chamber is 0.500 m relative to the floor of the first floor.

On the typical floor there are 4 apartments,, type A1.

In all apartments, a bathroom and bathrooms are designed separately, kitchen-dining rooms with electric stove and forced ventilation, and in 2 apartments of the loggia with escape hatches.

On the ground floor, the location of apartments does not differ from the standard one, only a stroller was added to the place of the corridor (sleeves), which connects on all subsequent floors of the LLU with the inter-apartment corridor. On the ground floor in axes 5-7 and L-M there is a stroller, and there is also a room for mailboxes nearby.

The composition of the rooms of the designed building and their area are adopted in accordance with the requirements and recommendations of SNiP 2,08,0189 * "Residential buildings."

The building takes into account the following fire and evacuation requirements:

1). The width of the elevator platform is 1.5 m, the width of the corridor is 1.5 m (> 1.4 m).

2). The maximum distance from the apartment doors to the stairwell is 27 m. (< 40 m).

3). The width of the stairs leading to the residential floors is 1.1 m (> 1.05m), the slope is 1.125 (< 1.5), the slope of the evacuation stairs on the loggia is 0.8.

4). Type of main staircase H1, non-smoke, with passage through the air zone.

5). Additional external stairs with a slope of 0.8 floor-by-floor connect the balconies to the floor elevation of the first floor.

6). On the way from the apartment to the stairwell there are self-closing doors.

7). Smoke removal from floor corridors is provided through special shafts with forced exhaust and valves, arranged on each floor next to the apartments.

8). In elevator shafts, in case of fire, external air is supplied from a separate channel to the upper part of the elevator shaft.

Structural solution of the building

The building system of the building is accepted as panel, a team with a monolithic pedestal and MU in slabs of loggia floors. Structural diagram with transverse and longitudinal bearing walls.

The external walls are accepted as bearing capacity, three-layer with rigid bonds, reinforced concrete. The width is taken by calculation (see page 6). The cutting of the wall is single-row, the joint of the outer walls by water insulation is accepted as drained, the horizontal joint by load transfer is accepted as combined, the vertical joint is accepted as spur-free flat. The internal walls are reinforced concrete, with a height of 160 mm on the floor, bearing inter-apartment and inter-room walls. One welded connection is provided to each other along the top of the wall, horizontal load transfer occurs through the platform joint.

Partitions are made of gypsum concrete: room-to-room 100 mm.

Floor slabs are hollow, 220 mm thick, see sheet 2. Support of plates is provided on two, three and four sides, connections between plates are welded.

In the building, an internal staircase with a march width of 1.1 m and a site width of 2.8 m is designed. The site slabs are reinforced concrete ribbed.

The provided ventilation is carried out through ventilation non-supporting units with a height of one floor, resting on floor slabs. Dimensions of ventilation units: floor 880 * 300 mm (in n. knots), 1450 * 440mm (in the kitchen), attic 1110 * 520mm (in San. nodes), 1680 * 440mm (in the kitchen). Smoke Removal Mine 880 * 300

Elevator shafts consist of prefabricated reinforced concrete tubing with a height of

to the floor. The thickness of the tube wall is 120 mm, dimensions 2.551.85 m, 1,71.85 m. Soundproofing is provided between the elevator shafts and the panel wall of the adjacent apartment.

The foundation for the building is accepted as a pile with a monolithic high pedestal with a section of 600600 mm. The piles are taken to be square d = 300 mm, the distance between the piles is from 0.9 m to 1.7 m, the location of the piles is single row. A artisanal foundation is adopted for elevator shafts. FBS 0.6x2.4 m of 100 grade concrete is provided under the entrance ladder. The depth of the FBS under the entrance staircase is -0.9 m. The cold attic structure consists of tray panels 1.7 m wide and 5.0 m long, roof panels .

The roof structure is provided for roll, measures for waterproofing the roof: when the roof plate adjoins the frieze panel, three additional layers of ruberoid are laid, when the funnel is joined to the tray, bitumen mastic is poured.

In apartments there are windows with double glazing, internal attachment of bindings to the box is used, with turning of flaps along the vertical face. Sound insulation for 32 dBA is provided. Window dimensions 1.4 * 1.5 m.

The designed building is equipped with single doors in the inter-apartment corridors and at the entrance to the building. The height of the doors is 2.4 m and 2.35 m, respectively. Windows and doors are accepted as wooden. External finishing of wall panels is performed with maximum factory availability. External wall panels are lined with fine-grained concrete. Elements of stairs and entrance are painted with silicone paint.

Interior decoration of walls and ceilings is carried out in the traditional way by the method of whitening and lining with wallpaper. The walls and ceilings of the staircase, elevator hall are trimmed under the step. The floor is covered with tongue boards.

The walls of the garbage collection chamber are lined with glazed tiles. In front of the garbage collection chamber there is a ramp providing the possibility of mechanized garbage collection by containers .
