LIST OF LITERATURE

1.2 Master Plan

The building is located on an area with a calm relief with a slope of

south.

Site dimensions are determined in accordance with SNiP requirements

2.07.0189 "Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements "approx. 7 and amount to 71 * 71 m.

The designed building is oriented by the main facade on a district street and is 20 m away from the "red" line. In addition to the designed building, there are existing buildings, a parking lot, and residential buildings.

Gaps between designed and existing buildings are accepted taking into account fire safety standards (SNiP 210197 * "Fire safety of buildings and structures") and sanitary and hygienic requirements of SNiP 2.08.0289 * "public buildings and structures"

The site is landscaped by planting trees, separating flowerbeds and arranging lawns.

The plan for the improvement of the territory provides for the construction of paths and sites with asphalt concrete and improved soil surfaces.

The building is connected to existing city engineering networks.

1.3 Technical and economic parameters of the building

Efficiency factor of K1 architectural and planning solution:

K1 = usable area/total area = 1184.80/1367.65 = 0.86

Efficiency factor of space-planning solution K2:

K2 = building volume/usable area = 4696.54/1184.80 = 3.96

1.4 Space Planning Solution

The building in plan has a simple configuration with dimensions in axes "1 5" - 24 m, in axes "AD" - 24 m.

The building is three-story, the height of the floor is 3.3 m; baseless.

The layout of the building is corridor.

The building provides for two evacuation exits, the doors of which open during the evacuation.

1.5 Design Solution

The structural system of the building is framed.

Structural diagram - with longitudinal arrangement of girders.

Foundations - prefabricated reinforced concrete glass type for reinforced concrete columns, concrete class B15. The dimensions of the foundation foot of the extreme and middle row 1800 * 1800 mm, which corresponds to the calculation. Foundation laying depth is 1.6m.

For the brick walls of the vestibule and stairwell, a foundation of foundation blocks of the FBS brand with a width of 600mm and 400mm is adopted.

Columns - precast reinforced concrete of square section, section 300x300 mm, concrete class B15.

Girders - prefabricated reinforced concrete T-section, 450 mm high and 100 mm wide shelves for supporting floor slabs. Length of girders 5660 mm for laying in spans 6 m, girders of extreme rows with one shelf, middle rows - with two shelves. Concrete class B15

Precast reinforced concrete slabs with circular voids with a thickness of 220 mm and a length of 5760 mm for a pitch of 6 m. Depending on the place of laying, there are different slabs: linked, laid between the columns of the middle rows of the frame; wall adjoining longitudinal outer walls; row, stacked in the gaps between the bond and wall; plumbing 1500mm wide.

External walls - self-supporting from three-layer panels 300 mm thick

- heat insulation layer - mineral wool slabs p = 150 kg/m3

GOST 957382, 120 mm thick; Bearing and facing layers of Class B 15 concrete with thickness of 100 and 80 mm, respectively.

External brick walls 510 mm thick and 380 mm for tambour.

Joints of external walls: vertical and horizontal joints are sealed with cement mortar, followed by sealing with a gasket of poroisole and mastic UMS 50.

Partitions - Kerpic 120 mm thick

The roof is flat, attic-free.

The roof is a roll, two-layer floating with a slope of 3% and an internal organized drainage.

Windows - from PVC profiles of a separate structure with triple glazing and sheet glass in external bindings and single-chamber glazing.

Entrance and tambourine doors - wooden, shield, two- and single-floor, deaf.

Internal doors - wooden, shield, blind, two- and single-floor. The spatial rigidity of the building is provided by: rigid conjugation of frame nodes; joint operation of cross frames of the frame and slabs; laying of overlaps of connected and wall plates, as well as sealing of longitudinal joints with mortar.

1.6 Exterior Finishes

Basement - color

Brick inserts on the facade side of face brick M 100 with stitching.

Simple panels - colored plaster.

Entrance doors - painted with oil paint in 2 times.

1.7 Engineering Equipment

Water supply - combined domestic and potable fire protection from external networks. Design head at the base of risers 10 m.

Drainage - household, gravity in the city network.

Heating - from urban heating networks.

Hot water supply - from the external network. The design head at the base of the risers is 10 m.

Ventilation - plenum with mechanical and natural motivation.

Electric lighting - incandescent lamps and luminescent.

Power supply from external networks with voltage of 380/220 volts.

Low-current devices - telephony, television, radio, electrohastation electric fire alarm, lightning protection.

Sewerage - household-fecal to the external network.

Communication device - fax, Internet.
