Description

The course design is developed in accordance with the assignment and is a zero cycle project of the building during construction with dimensions in axes of 240x180 m.

The project consists of an explanatory note and a graphic part developed on two sheets A1 and includes earthworks, installation works and the development of a task list. The explanatory note is made on 24 sheets of A4 format and includes 11 tables and 3 figures.

Objectives of the course project:

- familiarize yourself with the procedure for development of work execution projects;

- select the equipment used in the performance of the specified type of works or construction processes;

- develop skills in designing process diagrams of complex mechanized processes and performing feasibility calculations when substantiating accepted options for construction works.

- to master the basis of design of the construction process technology during the construction of the underground part of the building and the procedure for developing process charts for simple and complex construction processes (earthworks and monolithic reinforced concrete works)

The project consists of two sections:

- earthworks;

- installation works.

Introduction

The course design is developed in accordance with the assignment and is a zero cycle project of the building during construction with dimensions in axes of 240x180 m.

The project consists of an explanatory note and a graphic part developed on two sheets A1 and includes earthworks, installation works and the development of a task list. The explanatory note is made on 24 sheets of A4 format and includes 11 tables and 3 figures.

Objectives of the course project:

- familiarize yourself with the procedure for development of work execution projects;

- select the equipment used in the performance of the specified type of works or construction processes;

- earthworks;

- installation works.

Development of excavation schedule

In the course design, the excavation schedule is executed in the form of a linear schedule based on the calculation of labor costs and the planned work production technology.

In order to reduce the time for earthworks and better use of construction machines, the number of work shifts is two. Manual operations can be an exception.

The duration of a given process is determined by dividing the standard labor costs by the number of workers in the link and shifts per day. The duration of each work is indicated by a horizontal line.

Development of safe excavation activities

Earthworks shall only be performed according to the approved work design. In the presence of underground communications in the excavation area, any excavation can be carried out only in the presence of a representative of the organization operating these lines.

Excavations shall be designed with slopes provided by SNiP. During the development of excavations with vertical walls, the fasteners should be installed immediately after the permissible depth of penetration with vertical loose walls is reached for this type of soil. When filling such recesses, remove the attachments from the bottom up.

Vehicles and earth-moving vehicles moving along the filled embankment should not approach the edge closer than 0.5 m. When working at night, the work platforms should be illuminated, and earth-moving, transport and earth-moving vehicles should have individual lighting.

When excavating the soil with an excavator, workers are forbidden to be under the bucket or boom and work from the side of the face. Unauthorized persons can be located at a distance of at least 5 m from the range of the excavator. The excavator can move only along an even surface, and in case of weak soils - along the flooring from sleepers or shields.

During bulldozer operation it is prohibited to turn it with dump loaded or buried in the ground to avoid breakage or overturning.

During hydromechanical soil development the territory shall be protected and warning inscriptions shall be installed. The bottomhole shall have telephone communication and alarm means for communication with the pump station, control room and the washing area.

Telephone communication and alarm are necessary when moving soil by belt conveyors.

Technology of monolithic works

During monolithic production, it is necessary to draw up a bill of quantities. The QoQ includes all the main and auxiliary processes that are performed in the project construction process.

The main processes during the construction of monolithic foundations:

installation, disassembly and rearrangement of formwork,

installation of rebar grids ;

manual installation of reinforcement bars and embedded parts ;

welding and binding of reinforcement joints;

installation of concrete pumps;

laying of concrete mixture;

installation of floor slabs.
