Additional information

General instructions.

The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.

The working design is based on:

- design tasks;

- architectural and construction drawings; M 1:200;

- the existing Rules and Regulations.

The project provides for the following networks:

- telephone

- wired broadcasting from the city radio broadcasting network;

- collective reception of television

Connection to the external city networks is carried out according to the specifications of the relevant services, and decisions on stage 1 of the design can be specified upon receipt of the technical specifications.

Telephone network.

Determining the capacity of the cable network according to the first stage of design is accepted for installation in each office space of at least 2 telephone sets. In rooms of large area, such as No. 101, 201, 224, 333, 330, 410, 427, 430, 510, 522, connection of 3 devices is provided.

If necessary, these offices can use a mini PBX. In this project, mini PBXs are not provided for and will be determined by tenants of these offices.

Network capacity 220 pairs. Cables shall be installed on the cross-section of the PBX located in the other part of the building, which will be considered in subsequent design phases.

Multipart distribution cables are laid along corridors with the installation of KTT10 M telephone boxes with a special masterkey that provides a high degree of protection against unauthorized access.

The network is made by TVng cables of various capacities in steel pipes behind the suspended ceilings of the corridors. Subscriber routing from junction boxes to office premises is not provided.

Wired broadcasting.

Connection to the city radio broadcasting network is provided with installation of a wired broadcasting network on the roof of the building and connection to the distribution radio driver (air rack line).

When obtaining the specification, it is necessary to specify the location of the rack binding.

The network is made by a cable with 2 x 1.2 RPPPM copper cores with laying along the corridors and installation of universal UK2P, UK-2R boxes at each office room.

No laying is provided inside the office. The cable is laid in a steel pipe behind the suspended ceiling of the corridors.

The radio rack must be grounded.

Collective reception of television.

Connection to the cable TV network shall be in accordance with the specifications.

The project provides for the installation of a receiving television antenna on the roof of the building to provide reception of television broadcasting in turn 1.

The network is carried out by radio frequency cables with a wave resistance of 75 ohms and installation on each floor of PA switchgears for connecting television receivers. Cables to office premises (subscriber lines) are not provided and are determined by the tenants of the premises.

Cables are laid along corridors in steel pipes behind the suspended ceiling.

Reception of satellite television broadcasting is decided on a separate building.
