Exchange Project 1. The name of the facility is a hotel complex. Storey - variable: section No. 1 - 25 est., section No. 2 - 2 est. 3. Number of underground floors - 1.4. Structural system of the building - frame-barrel frame type. 5. Frame material - monolithic reinforced concrete. 6. Structural solution of the foundation: for section No. 1 - a combined pile-slab foundation: driven prismatic pile with a section of 400x400, a monolithic slab with a thickness. 1500mm for section No. 2 - columnar and ribbon foundations. 7. Structural solution of the frame - walls, columns, beam and beam-free floors.8. Features of the object: The building consists of two sections that divide the sedimentary seam, between the sections there are free passages
