Master Plan

The construction site is located in the Frunze district

St. Petersburg at:

Bucharest St., plot 1 (north of d.6, korp.3, lit. And on the street. Fuchika).

The site is located on the territory free of residential development,

on a major transport highway - Bucharest Street.

The area is bounded by:

- from the north - territory free from development;

- from the south - the territory of the existing gas station;

- from the east - Bucharest Street;

- from the west - a territory free from development.

Climatological area for the construction of II B.

Humidity zone 1 is wet.

The relief of the section has a slight height difference - from 6.88 to 6.08.

Stormwater and meltwater runoff is arranged along the planned surface to the designed rain receiving wells with further discharge to the designed storm sewage system (see NVK section).

Filter cartridges are installed in the rain wells in the open parking lot (see NVK section).

Absolute elevation 7.75 (BSK) is taken as relative 0.00 of the designed pool building.

Accommodation of buildings and structures

The site provides for the construction of a 2-4-storey building of an indoor training swimming pool without stands for spectators with three cups: one 25.625 m and two 12.57.5 m, the placement of an open parking lot at 27 m/m. and a container site.

The designed building occupies the central and northwestern part of the site. In front of the main entrance to the pool building (from the side of Bucharest St.), a pedestrian square adjacent to the sidewalk is organized

st. Bucharest, from where the main approach of pedestrians will be carried out.

In the southern part of the section, it is planned to place an open parking lot for 27 m/s (including 2 allocated m/s for MNG). Estimated number of m/places as per VRZ - 08/2728 (Table 3.1.5) - 25.

The dimensions of parking spaces are accepted: width 2.5m, length 5.5m, width m/m for MGN 3.5m (according to paragraph 5.25 of SNiPa 210299).

The parking lot is designed with a width of 7.0m. Entry and exit to the territory with a width of 6.0m is provided from the local passage providing access to the existing gas station from ul. Bucharest. Fire passages from asphalt concrete pavement along the perimeter of the building are 6.0m (part of the passage is made in pavement to increase the walking area). Roadway design is adopted on the basis of technical report, gyrogeological conditions and designed operating conditions.

Sidewalks made of concrete tiles are designed for pedestrians.

A cafe loading area is provided from the northern part.

Improvement

The project provides for the improvement of the territory within the design boundaries:

- entrances, driveways and open parking for cars are asphalt;

- platforms, passages and sidewalks are laid out with concrete tiles;

- ordinary planting of hardwood trees (apple tree, linden), along car parks shrubs resistant to gas and smoke, ornamental shrubs along the building and pedestrian zones, lawns are poured with imported soil and vegetation and sown with perennial grasses;

- small architectural forms are installed: benches, urns, flower boxes;

- the area for containers with garbage is provided by a rain well;

- lighting by lights (see section "Outdoor lighting").

Architectural part

The designed building has dimensions of 66.259.5 m in plan view.

The building volume is 48350 m3.

The building elevation corresponds to the elevations assumed at the PP stage and is 17.8 m from the ground elevation.

The entrance to the building is organized from the projected square on the side of Bucharest Street. From the south-eastern facade, a temporary parking lot for 29 vehicles was organized, including 2 places for cars of low mobility groups (MGN).

Space planning solutions

Functionally, the pool rooms are divided into levels.

At elev. -3.900 there are technical rooms for servicing the pool (chemical water treatment rooms), staff rest rooms with changing rooms and showers, changing rooms for visitors, inventory rooms.

At elev. -2.700 there are technical rooms for the utilities of the pool (ventilation chamber, water metering unit, plumber room, electrician's room on duty, chemical storage room, emergency generator installation room).

At elev. -0.900 there is a lobby area with a hall, a security room, a wardrobe, a control room, bathrooms, a bathroom for MGN, a reception desk and an elevator for MGN.

At elev. 0.000 there are three bowls: one measuring 20.6x25 m. and two bowls, measuring 12.5x 7.5m., strippers with showers with the calculation for all bowls, rooms for drying bathing accessories, strippers and showers for MNG for 2 people, strippers for trainers and judges with showers, a referee's room, dry swimming and choreography rooms with inventory, a nurse on duty with windows for workarounds, an inventory room, a laboratory,

At elev. + 4.200 there are administration premises, a cafe for 50 seats, a doctor's office with a waiting room, a kiosk for the sale of related sports equipment.

At el. + 8.400 there are administration rooms, bathrooms, a technical room and a storage room for harvesting equipment .

At elev. + 12.600 there are plenum and exhaust ventilation chambers, machine and boiler room, GRF, technical room.

Room Finishes

The room finish sheet is attached.

Finishing of bowls and bypass paths of pools is carried out by special ceramic tiles certified for these purposes.

Suspended rack ceiling (aluminium, moisture resistant) is provided in all wet rooms (see finishing list).

Architectural solution of facades

The architectural solution of the facades of the designed building corresponds to the style of sports facilities. Modern energy-saving materials and structures are used in the solution of facades.

External fence:

- hinged ventilated facade (lining - ceramic granite slabs);

- self-supporting panels "sandwich" of Rannila type, light tones with external trim with metal panels Liberta 200;

- ventilated facade of "Ukon" system using composite facing panels ALUCOBOND (As lining of the main entrance to the building, as well as volumes of evacuation stairs);

- stained glass structures (designed from an aluminum profile with two rows of double-glazed windows, windows - double-chamber double-glazed windows).

Along the entire perimeter of the building, the roof has fences in the form of parapets.

Ensuring the livelihood of people with limited mobility

To ensure the life environment of low-mobility population groups (MHN), in accordance with SNiP 35012001, 2 parking spaces for 3.5 m wide MHN cars are provided in the parking lot.

For MNG, an unhindered and convenient approach to the building is organized in the form of tracks smoothly moving into the ramp, with a slope of less than 5%.

In the lobby area next to the wardrobe there is a hoist (dimensions of the hoist supplied by OTIS CIBES A 5000 - 14001630mm.) For lifting MGN from elevation -0.900 to elevation ± 0.000 (level of the pool bypass path), where there are strippers (pom. No. 212) and shower room

(pom. No. 212/1) for MNG for 2 persons.

At elevations -0.900 and 0.000 there are special universal cabins of bathrooms with dimensions of 16001800 mm and

18002400 mm.
