Introduction.
Industrial architecture is one of the important components in the construction of our country and the world.
Industrial buildings are buildings in which tools are placed and labor processes are carried out in order to obtain industrial products.
In this course project, it is proposed to design a woodworking workshop. No branch of the national economy is without wood. Therefore, the forestry industry plays an important role in the development of the socialist economy. It includes: woodworking, pulp and paper and timber chemical industries. Of these, the woodworking industry occupies the first place in terms of the volume of gross output and the cost of production funds. Woodworking uses lumber, plywood, slabs as raw materials and produces finished products (window and door blocks, furniture,
wooden musical instruments, sports equipment, cases of radios, televisions and devices, wooden parts of cars, cars). The technology of such industries is characterized by the use of carpentry compounds and gluing, mechanical processing of wood by cutting and finishing of wood with paint and varnish materials. Therefore, these processes are advantageously located in single-storey multi-span buildings with bridged electric cranes or rails, with a wide range of lifting capacity.
1. Process.
The woodworking workshop includes the following departments: drying, consisting of six chambers, with loading and cooling rooms, mechanical, prefabricated, painting, with rooms for antisepting and painting, varnishing and storage of finished products.
Lumber comes from the timber slab in stacked wagons, supplied to the dryers, where the lumber is dried to the required humidity.
From the drains of the stack on the cars, they first enter the cooling room, then to the mechanical compartment, where the lumber is treated on machines. Finished parts are supplied to assembly compartment, which has section of container assembly and section of furniture and packing boxes assembly.
Finished packagings are not finished and sent to the warehouse. Furniture and packing boxes enter the painting compartment. Finished products are sent to the warehouse.
General Plan Solution.
Plot plan for this workshop is developed on the basis of SNiP
II-89-80 "Master Plans of Industrial Enterprises."
The workshop building is located in Arkhangelsk. The territory of the plant is limited by a fence. There are two arrivals for the import of materials and the export of finished products. There are also three checkpoints. The workshop building is located in the center of the site. ABK is located in front of the workshop building. Also on the territory of the workshop there is a TEC, a water tower, a pumping station, a repair shop and a garage. There's still a body of water. In the household building there are: showers, dressing rooms, health center, dining room, smoking room .
The entrances to the workshop are made of asphalt pavement, the width of the entrances to the territory is 5 m (two-way freight traffic is provided). Near each building it is necessary to have green spaces, both for aesthetic and environmental purposes. In our case, it is a lawn and coniferous trees, as well as flower beds.
Fire breaks between existing buildings - within the range from 5 m, to 30 m. The designed building is located on a square section with an area of 50744.4 〖 m〗^2. The total building area is 8695 〖 m〗^2. The area of landscaping is 40744.4 〖 m〗^2.
PP1: the sizes - 5980Х3580 - 192 pieces.
PP2: 5980Х1490 - 32 pieces.
PP3: 5980Х1190 – 32 pieces.
The runs are rectangular, long - 5980mm, thickness - 380mm, height - 300mm.
The roof is flat.
Doors wooden sizes: 1200kh2300mm.
Wooden windows, with double glazing by the sizes: 2070kh1760mm.
1. Finishing and special works
Internal finishing is made in accordance with SNiP 2.01.0285, GOST-7251-77, 614191, 6787-2001.
Interior decoration of the premises is provided for long-term operation.
5.1Division works in the shop.
Decoration of the room. Taking into account the significant mechanical effects, concrete floors are used, which are arranged on the concrete underlying layer. The walls of the workshop are plastered and painted, the ceiling is also painted. Sound absorbing material can also be used. In order to combat the dusty walls and coatings - the use of paint, which repels positively charged dust particles, unlike most paints. To additional measures to increase the operability of workers - the color of working clothes is bright blue or green.
Facade finish. The walls are lined with siding. A roll roof is used, consisting of several layers of ruberoid covered with a protective layer. Protective layer: gravel embedded in bitumen. Waterproofing of the foundation is made of cement mortar with thickness of 30 mm. Internal watershed is used. On the roof of the workshop there are 9 gutters.
