Water supply and sewerage
1. Initial and general data.
2. This section of the architectural and construction project deals with the design of on-site and in-house networks and water supply and sewerage facilities for the modernization of the apple acceptance and washing area at the Tolochinsky Cannery UP.
3. The basis for the development of the architectural and construction project is the following data:
master plan of the enterprise;
topographic survey;
Specification for connection to water supply and sewerage networks No. 17/3542 from 18.11.05;
State Fire Supervision Report No. 46/1449/0603 of 10.11.2005
environmental conditions for design No. 15 of 27.01.2006.
4. The designed enterprise is located in the industrial zone on the territory of the existing enterprise, where there is a domestic drinking water supply F100mm with a pressure of 2.0 m at the connection point and a domestic sewerage network f300. The apple reception and washing area works only in the summer-autumn period.
5. The total fresh water consumption for the water supply of the apple receiving and washing area is 47.5 m3/day;
6. Water consumption standards are adopted:
based on the process task;
for fire extinguishing as per SNB 4.01.0203.
7. The estimated number of fires is one.
8. At the apple acceptance and washing area there is an existing pipeline of domestic drinking water supply line f65, which is supplied from the external existing water supply line f100.
There is a fire hydrant on the existing water supply network near the site in the existing well.
A fluorescent indicator is installed near the well with a fire hydrant.
9. The design water flow rate for external fire extinguishing is 10l/s ,
10. Sewerage systems.
In accordance with the conditions for waste water disposal, a sewage system for conditionally clean effluents has been designed.
11. The existing domestic sewage system of the enterprise is supplied with conditionally clean wastewater - overflow from the hydraulic system, as well as spills from the pit, in which cooling water pumps are installed through the gate valve located in the carpet.
The amount of waste water discharged into the specified system is 40.3 m3/day, calculated - 3.78 l/s.
Conditionally clean waste water is discharged by gravity into the existing domestic sewage network f300mm.
The network is designed from polyethylene bell pipes PVC f160 for external sewage as per TS 2248050002845812002.
A well of precast reinforced concrete elements of type is arranged on the network. pr. Dec. 9020922.84.
12. Sediment accumulates in the pit during hydraulic transport operation.
The precipitate contains suspended substances with insignificant content
the number of leaves from apples .
13. The amount of sediment retained in the pit during the day is: 72m3/day x 10mg/l = 72kg/day
As it accumulates, the pit is emptied by the existing piston pump into the tank and taken to the places agreed with the SES.
14. The project envisages a water supply system for hydraulic transport.
The design flow rate discharged to the specified system is - 72.0 m3/day, 9.0m3/hour, design - 2.5 l/s.
Water from the pit is taken by pumps of grade FG 57.5/9.5 1rab, 1res. Q = 57.5 m3/h H = 9.5 m (existing pumps) N = 3kW and supplied again to the troughs of the hydraulic transport system. Seasonal action system.
15. Internal networks of domestic drinking and recycled water supply are designed from steel water and gas galvanized light pipes according to GOST 326275.
Internal networks are laid open by construction structures and metal sites.
The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.
