General provisions

This design documentation of the Video Surveillance System (hereinafter referred to as IOS) has been developed for the Facility on the basis of a unified technical concept for the construction of safety systems in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents to the extent necessary for normal operation and on the basis of architectural and planning solutions provided by the Customer.

The project takes into account requirements for functional connections, convenience of equipment operation and preventive repairs, compliance with safety, fire safety and industrial sanitation requirements.

General characteristic

2.1 Purpose of IOS.

2.1.1. IOS is designed for round-the-clock, continuous operation and ensuring control over the internal territory of the facility, as well as the perimeter of the facility.

2.1.2. IOS provides digital video recording of images received from all digital video cameras of the system by actuation of the video detector;

2.1.3. IOS generates a video archive with a duration of at least 10 days. The disk array for storing the archive is organized in RAID5, which implies protection against failure of at least one HDD.

2.1.4. Connecting to an internal Ethernet network allows you to remotely view the video archive and recorded images of all cameras of the system using remote workstations (URM) at security posts.

2.1.5. Access to SVN information is protected by passwords.

2.2. IOS equipment is divided into station and peripheral.

The plant equipment includes:

Domination IP324MDR Digital Video Server - 2pc The Domination IP324 MDR digital 32-channel video server is a complete solution from Domination developed in line with the latest global trends in the video surveillance market. The IP324 MDR is based on Multi Disk Record data archiving technology consisting of 4 hard drives over 4 TB, which allows you to record information in parts on all media at once, which eliminates the complete loss of video in the event of a failure of one or even several disks. To save archive space, you can set the video recording mode to continuous, scheduled, and motion detection. The problem of reducing the performance of IPcameras while accessing them by several users is solved by using two 10/100/1000 Mbps LAN network cards at once using the original algorithm for adapting to the bandwidth of the Internet channel. The support of motion detectors and other sensors built into IPcameras allows you to respond to an alarming event in a timely manner and to perform pre-alarm and post-alarm recording if it is not kept constantly. The reliability and stability of this modification is ensured by the high quality of software, which guarantees the stable operation of security surveillance with parallel video recording. The warranty period for the product is 2 years.

Domination Hybrid 16MDR Digital Video Server - 2 pcs. The video server is a complete Linux solution. Supported formats for analog cameras are AHD/HDCVI/TVI/CVBS. Supported codecs for IPCs: H.265, H.264, MJPEG. Resolution for analog cameras (main stream): 1920x1080. Resolution for IPcameras (main stream): unlimited, depends on the IPcamera. Minimum resolution for analog cameras (second stream) is 320x240. Minimum resolution for IPcameras (second stream): depends on the IPcamera. The maximum recording and display speed for analog cameras is 15 k/s. Maximum recording and display speed for IPcameras: unlimited, depends on the IPcamera. Number of audio inputs: 16. Supports audio channels for IPCs. Local monitor connection: VGA, HDMI (for analog cameras only). Incoming flow up to 800 Mbps. Network card: 1000 Mbps. Distributed recording system Domination MDR. The warranty period for the product is 2 years.

Designed to view, configure, and administer an unlimited number of Domination video servers over the network. 1 year warranty. Guaranteed simultaneous display of 64x IP cameras using the second thread with a resolution of 640x480; 25 k/s in H264 format for each camera; Chassis MiniTower, Windows 10 Home; Connection of 2 monitors (connection of the second monitor via DVI interface, HDMI).

Switchboard for network cameras "LTV NSG2824 390" for 24 ports - 1 pc.;

Commutator for network cameras "LTV NSF2724 390" for 24 times with support of technology PoE - 2 pcs.;

Operation of the pile system

3.1. All SVN network cameras are powered by "LTV NSF2724 390" switches (2 pcs.) and "LTV NSG2824 390" switches (1 pcs.) with support for "PowerofInternet" technology (PoE) from PS 01 room in accordance with "Structural diagram."

3.2. Video signals from IOS cameras are sent to the inputs of the switches "LTV NSF2724 390" and "LTV NSG2824 390" further through the local area network to the Domination IP324MDR digital video server based on the Domination software (Russia).

3.3. The system is designed to provide a 15 frame/s video stream per channel. The configuration allows you to process up to 59 network cameras and 16 existing analog cameras per video server without display. Cameras are displayed at remote workplaces.

3.4. Connection of IOS station equipment with LAN is made using patchcords of category 5 (Patchcord UTP, Category 5e, 1.5 meter gray, LSZH, NETLAN ECPC4UD55BBCPVC010GY10).

IP VIDEO SURVEILLANCE MAINTENANCE LIST

Maintenance of the system provides for the following types of works and their periodicity:

- works according to regulation No. 1 - once a month.

- work according to regulation No. 2 - once every six months.

List of works for different regulations:

Check of cable lines technical condition.

Technical diagnostics of cameras, server, switches.

Check the state of installation, attachment and appearance of cameras, server, switches.

Troubleshooting.

Perform works according to Regulation No. 1.

Inspect and clean the equipment.

Perform technical diagnostics of the equipment.

Check operation of equipment from uninterruptible power supply.

Check equipment and cable lines to determine latent failures.

Update the software as new versions are released.

Results of scheduled maintenance are recorded in the logbook according to the established form.

Elimination of adverse climatic conditions, technological or other impacts refers to unscheduled maintenance.
