Description
Vertical two-way shell-and-tube heat exchanger with a fixed tube sheet and a compensator on the casing (GOST 15118-79), heat exchange surface 130 m2. The diameter of the casing is 800 mm, the length of the pipes is 3 m, the total number of pipes is 690, the diameter of the pipes is 20x2 mm, the number of strokes is 2, hydraulic and mechanical calculations have been made. The pipes are made of steel grade 12Cr18N10T, are arranged in a staggered manner and fixed in the tube sheet by flaring. The heat exchanger is installed in two standard support legs 1 – 25000 GOST 26296-84, the weight of the heat exchanger during the hydraulic test was kg.
