General Data

1. The project for ventilation and air conditioning of the fitness club premises as part of the complex of buildings of the Office Center on Komsomolskaya Square was carried out on the basis of architectural and construction plans in accordance with the requirements of the following regulatory documents:

SNiP 41012003 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning,"

SNiP 2.08.0289 "Public buildings and structures,"

SNiP 31052003 "Public administrative buildings,"

SNiP 210197 "Fire safety of buildings and structures."

2. Outside air design parameters:

outside air temperature in cold period 31 0С,

temperature of external air during the warm period for ventilation of +21.2 wasps, for conditioning of +26.8 wasps.

3. 1 plenum and 6 exhaust mechanical ventilation systems were designed. The equipment of the supply and exhaust systems B4, B5 and B6 is located in the ventilation chamber, the equipment of the exhaust systems B2, B3, B7 - in the rooms behind the set ceiling.

4. Plenum ventilation plants perform the following functions: organization of air exchange in accordance with the requirements of sanitary standards, cleaning of external air in the filter sections, heating and cooling of external air, noise suppression.

5. Ventilation system air ducts shall be made of galvanized steel according to GOST 1491880 with thickness according to Appendix "N" SNiP 41012003 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning."

6. Heat insulate the area of air ducts of plenum systems from the air intake grid to the air valve with "Nobosil" 50 mm thick material cached with aluminum foil. Air ducts of plenum systems from ventilation plants to air distributors shall be heat insulated with 30 mm thick Nobosil material cached with aluminium foil.

Heat supply

Heat supply of ventilation systems shall be performed for heat-

carrier 9070 0С. The system is provided according to an independent scheme, independent, double-tube made of water-gas electrically welded pipes. On the heat exchanger of the ventilation system there is an air heater piping unit with automatic control of heat capacity, installation of a control valve and a pump. Valves for air removal are installed at the upper points of the system, and drain valves are installed at the lower points. Pipeline insulation - mineral wool cylinders M100, 1000 mm long on a synthetic binder cached with aluminum foil and bonded with tape.

Ventilation

Air exchange of premises is accepted according to the norms, based on the layout of the building and the number of people. The air prepared in the plenum plants up to the required parameters is supplied via heat-insulated air ducts to the serviced rooms in the upper zone through air distributors and is uniformly distributed through the room.

Air velocity in rooms is 0.2 m/s. Air removal by exhaust systems is carried out from the upper zone.

This project includes "VTS" plenum plants, which include sections of filters, fans, air coolers, air heaters, rotary recuperators and silencer sections. Places of passage of transit air ducts through walls, partitions and ceilings should be sealed with non-combustible materials, providing a normalized fire resistance limit of the crossed structure.

Cold supply

Cooling sections based on two-section freon evaporators are provided in plenum plants for cooling air in warm season. Compressor condenser units are installed on the roof of the extension to the building in the area of ​ ​ the ventilation chamber.

Drainage system.

Drain pipelines are designed from trays of rotary recuperator and water cooler of plenum plant. Hydraulic seal is provided for condensate removal to the sewage system.

Noise control activities.

In order to comply with sanitary noise standards for administrative and commercial premises (45 dB) in ventilation, air conditioning and cold -

Supply activities include the following:

1. Fan units are installed with vibration vanes, closed with noise-absorbing casings, whose soundproofness is 30 dB.

2. Noise silencers are installed on air ducts in plenum and exhaust systems.

3. Speeds in air ducts are not more than 6 m/s.

Special instructions

The project provides for the following fire prevention measures:

a. Disconnection of supply and supply systems when a fire signal is received (see instrumentation and A);

Fire-retardant valves are installed when air ducts pass through fire barriers and through floor ceilings, as well as at the outlet of the air duct from the electrical panel and server;

b. Automatic actuation of electric drives of fire retardant valves (valves are closed when a fire signal is received) (see Instruments and A).
