Office building ventilation and air conditioning (business management building)

To ensure sanitary and hygienic standards of the microclimate in the premises of the business management building of the project, a general supply and exhaust ventilation with mechanical motivation is provided. Air exchange is calculated according to normative ratios and sanitary standards of outdoor air supply.

Ventilation systems are formed in accordance with the current regulatory requirements, in accordance with the technological and functional purpose of the premises, in combinations that allow interconnections of serviced rooms according to fire requirements.

Plenum-exhaust ventilation system is designed in the building.

-B5- C/U for visitors.

Air exchange of general ventilation is accepted by multiplicity.

Air consumption in places of permanent presence of people without natural ventilation is accepted with the norm of 60m3//h per 1 person.

Plenum and exhaust plants, exhaust fans, fire retardant valves are accepted by KORF.

Location of the vent. installations:

Plenum-exhaust unit PV3 is located on the roof in axes 9 - 10/B1-B1

Air intake is carried out from the roof of the building.

Exhaust B4 installation is placed on a roof in axes 1 - 2/A-B

Exhaust unit B5 is located on the roof in axes 8 - 9/B1-B1

Air intake of exhaust units is carried out from the roof of the temporary building.

Fire-retardant valves shall be installed on air ducts when crossing fire-fighting walls and floors.

Steel galvanized with GOST 14918-80 shall be used as material for fabrication of air ducts.

The air ducts pass through the roof through the mounting sleeves, provide tight abutment and heat insulation of the air ducts.

Installation of pedestals and vibration protection for ventilation units shall be performed before installation of roof.

Air distributors for plenum and exhaust systems of ceiling type and air distribution grids.

Perform insulation of air ducts with thermal insulation mats made of stone wool coughed with aluminum foil 50 mm thick.

Tests and adjustment of the systems shall be carried out before fencing of air ducts with construction structures.

Install ventilation systems as per drawings in accordance with SP 73.13330.2012 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems"

Closing of clearances and holes in places of air ducts laying should be provided by non-combustible materials, providing the rated fire resistance limit of the crossed enclosing structure.
