Introduction
GPM is one of the most loaded ICE systems. It accounts for up to half of all engine failures. Wear and tear of mounting chamfers, bushings and valve seats is one of the main damages of the GPM, which largely limit the overall level of reliability of the internal combustion engine. Therefore, you must repair or replace worn fillets. Reconstruction is a rational way of dealing with this problem. One of the simplest options is grinding the working chamfer of the valve.
For grinding the valve chamfer, a number of machines with various designs are used. Some of them are easy to maintain, others allow you to achieve high quality work. The purpose of the course work is to select the most successful design, which provides a high value of all indicators .
In order to achieve a high result of work, equipment should be used, the result of which does not depend on the degree of wear of the machine and the part itself. Such a structure may include a ball clamping cartridge for fixing a valve, in which basing is carried out by two groups of balls along the valve rod.
Conclusion
To summarize the work, it can be added that this machine is equipped with a pneumatic system for expanding the cartridge spring. This will facilitate the work of the repairer, and reduce the time to install the machined part.
In general, this design ensures good treatment quality of the valve tray. At the same time, having no reliable idea of the shape of the valve stem, excluding deviations from the cylinders, in the worst case, after grinding, there will be a run-out of the working chamfer, which is easy to measure, while the deviation from the roundness in the cross section of the conical surface will be minimal, depending on the accuracy of the bearings.
