Description

In this course work the design documentation for "Valve pneumatic equipment" article is presented. During the work, sketches, working drawings and axonometries of the following parts were made: flywheel, spindle, swivel nut, cover, valve, housing and connector. An assembly drawing was also made and its axonometry was built. All drawings are made in accordance with GOST Unified Design Documentation System (ESKD).

Course work includes: 7 sketches, 7 working drawings, 7 axonometries of parts, an assembly drawing and its axonometry.

In this course work the design documentation for "Valve pneumatic equipment" article is presented. INTRODUCTION

In order to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in drawing up technical drawings and reading them, the specialist needs to study the course "Engineering Graphics." Thanks to computer technology, a huge contribution was made to engineering. With these technologies, it has become possible, with much less time, to create more accurate working drawings of parts and their volumetric models, which makes them more visible in space. In this course work, all parts were made using the COMPAS3D 3D modeling system.

The purpose of this work is to develop the skills of reading assembly drawings and general drawings and familiarize with the requirements of GOST Unified Design Documentation System (ESKD) for the design of part drawings.

Purpose and Scope

A valve pneumatic device is a pneumatic device, the shutoff control element of which is a valve. Valve pneumatic device is used to shut off pipelines and control gas supply.

Operating principle of the article

The spindle 2, which moves by thread in the cover of the body, transmits movement to the valve 9, which closes the inlet hole. Density of connection of cover 6 with housing 11 is provided by gasket 7, and spindle 2 and cover 6 - by gland device. The connection of the valve 9 and the spindle 6 is made with a gap allowing the cone of the valve 9 to be centered along the cone of the closed hole, as well as to rotate freely relative to the spindle 2, which prevents wear of the working conical surfaces of the valve 9 and the housing 11.

Conclusion

In the course of work on the course project, the mechanism and principle of operation of the valve pneumatic apparatus were considered. It should also be noted that in the course of work, many provisions of engineering graphics were studied, various details and mechanisms were considered. In addition, the COMPAS3D computer-aided design system was studied, and the skills of the program were developed during the task. To create an assembly drawing of the valve pneumatic equipment, sketches and drawings of special parts included in the product were made. Axonometric projections of the assembly itself and these non-standard parts with a positive quarter cut were also made.

The knowledge that was gained during the course work will be necessary for further work, will be useful in conducting scientific activities and will be useful in professional activities.
