1 Space-planning solution of the building

The theme of the work is "Two-story residential building of small-sized elements"

The construction of this residential building is provided in the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk region. In plan, the building has a rectangular shape. The width of the building in the coordination axes 1-6 is 7 m; the length in axes A-E is 8 m. The ground elevation is taken as 1,500.

The type of residential building is low-rise. The building is two-story with a floor height of 3 m.

The building is designed as a country cottage with a total area of 208.22 m2

Structural system - wall, structural scheme of the building - with longitudinal bearing walls.

Foundation - prefabricated tape.

Walls - brick (510mm) with insulation (100mm).

Slabs - round-empty prefabricated slabs.

The roof is double-pitched with a frame structural scheme.

The rooms are located in two levels with an internal staircase. The building has 1 main entrance and 1 spare for access to the garage. The house has 5 living rooms .

On the first floor are designed: the living room, the living room, kukhnyastolovy, the combined bathroom, ITP, the platform.

On the second floor: 3 bedrooms, tambour, bathroom .

Thermal design of the outer wall in winter conditions

We will determine the thickness of the insulation of the outer wall of a brick residential building in the winter conditions of Yekaterinburg.

Heat engineering calculation is performed in accordance with SNB 2.04.01-97

"Construction heat engineering."

According to the assignment, the outer walls are made of ceramic hollow brick a = 1600 kg/m, 3 with thickness δ = 0.51m .

1. Brick ceramic hollow ρ = 1600 kg/m3, δ =0.12 m

2. Plate from mineral wool ρ = 100 kg/m3, δ = the X m

3. Brick ceramic hollow ρ = 1600 kg/m3, δ =0.12 m

4. Brick ceramic hollow ρ = 1600 kg/m3, δ =0.12 m

Determination of insulation thickness

According to the assignment for heading work, the external walls are made of silicate brick a = 1600 kg/m3, the type of masonry is a well. A device of this kind of masonry predefines all types of structural elements of the outer wall. According to the selected outer wall thickness δ = 0.51m, insulation thickness δ = 0.14m.

4. Structural solution of the building

Structural system - wall, structural scheme of the building - with longitudinal bearing walls.

Bases

In the erected building, a ribbon prefabricated foundation is designed for external and internal walls. The geometric dimensions of the foundations are justified by the values of the loads acting on them, as well as the bearing capacity of the soil (fine sands). Foundation slabs are adopted for bearing walls (axis A, B, C, D): FL 12.12, FL 12.8; for self-supporting walls (axis 1-6) of FL 6.12; units for bearing and self-supporting walls: FBS 12.4.6, FBS 12.6.6. The depth of the foundation is 1.1 m. It was determined as follows.

The depth of the foundation is due to the depth of ground freezing characteristic of the design area (df) and the type of soil (fine sands).

Walls and Partitions

External walls of the building are executed from a silicate brick ρ=1600 by kg/m3 height δ=0.12 in m. The internal surface of walls is plastered by a layer of limy and sand solution 20 mm thick. Interlayer space is filled with insulation by polystyrene foam a = 25 kg/m3 thickness δ = 140 mm. The thickness of the outer walls is selected in accordance with the thermal design (see the corresponding paragraph of the explanatory note) and is 510 mm without taking into account the plaster layer. Thickness of internal bearing walls 380 and (1.5 elements) of partitions - 120 mm (0.5 elements). Partitions are lined with gypsum board δ = 10 mm

Overlappings

Overlappings are executed from melkorazmerny elements: wooden beams of 200 mm and gipsobetonny plates of the brand P1 370х500х200 (h). Wooden beams rest on external bearing and internal walls for 150 mm. During installation, wooden floor beams are laid on walls with a pitch of 470 mm. The holes for passing plumbing pipes and ventilation ducts are interplate (see the floor plan in the graphic part).

Ladders

For inter-storey communication in the designed building, there is a two-marching small-scale wooden staircase on the kosuras. The staircase is designed with a wooden fence. The width of the landing is 1000 mm, the width of the flight of stairs is 1100 mm. For fire safety purposes, 220 mm clearance is provided between the marches for free passage of the fire hose. Calculation of structural elements of the ladder is given in the corresponding paragraph of the explanatory note.

Roof

In accordance with the task, the roof is designed rolling wooden. The sent rafter system consists: from rafters 75kh200mm, the furring made of bars 50х50 with a step of 500 mm, a run on racks 100kh100mm, it is resistant 100kh100mm, the mauerlat of 100х100 mm.

As the roofing material, the Ruflex coating is similar, and in some respects superior to the Katepal coating. The roofing elements are fastened using liquid nails to the screen. The grid boards are fixed with nails to rafters. To prevent mechanical deformations of the roof and maintain the standard humidity of the wooden roof elements, a layer of moisture-resistant plywood 20 mm thick is laid between the roof and the grating.

Rafters are interconnected by means of paired linings and nails. For more reliable fastening of rafters with walls, twist and "yersh" are used, which is laid in the suture of masonry. Waterproofing is used to adhere to materials - 2 layers of toll.

Sediments and meltwater are drained through an organized external watershed. A visor is designed above the entrance.

5. Calculation and graphical breakdown of the inside ladder

We accept the floor height Nat = 3000 mm.

6. Calculation of window openings size per apartment

Calculation of the required window opening area

Selection of jumpers of window and door openings

Use Annexes 10 and 11 [1] when designing window and door jumpers.

Calculation of technical and economic parameters of the designed building

(in accordance with SNiP 2.08.0189 "Residential buildings" Appendix 2)

Technical and economic indicators of apartments:

Eight bedroom apartment:

Living area P1 130.48 m ²

Apartment area P2 - 195.42 m ²

Total apartment area (project.) P3 - 208.52 m ²

Building area - 193.64 m ²

Construction volume - 1346.15 m ³
