The building has two floors, there is a basement. The building has a sectional volume-planning scheme.

On the 1st floor, the main rooms are:

· Living room

· Bedroom

On the 2nd floor, the main rooms are:

· Bedrooms

The building has three entrances:

· Main entrance. Equipped with inlet platform size a * b = 1950 * 1500mm, as well as four stages size b * h = 300 * 150mm

· Spare entrance. It has an inlet platform with a size of a * b = 1425 * 1500mm, as well as four stages with a size of b * h = 300 * 150mm

· Exit to the backyard. It has an inlet platform of a * b = 1425 * 1050mm, as well as four stages of b * h = 300 * 150mm.

Construction district of Alapaevsk. The normative depth of soil freezing is 1.9 m. Soils in the construction area are loam. The terrain is calm. Groundwater level - 5.4 m. Fire resistance of the building 3. Durability of building 2. Building Class 2.

1. General part

1.1 Introduction

The purpose of my thesis project is:

Consolidation and expansion of acquired knowledge and practical skills in the specialty;

Identification of the ability to apply knowledge to specific practical tasks;

Development of self-employment skills;

Acquisition of self-analysis skills;

Ability to make generalizations, conclusions;

Consider different design options for individual elements.

I selected a two-story single-apartment 5-room residential building. A residential building is a place of residence of a person, his home. Its main task is to satisfy domestic or other needs related to living in this building

I was tasked with considering the option of reconstructing from railway to wooden slabs, to find out its cost of construction, to find a compromise in the ratio of time to money.

Conclusion

As a result of my thesis work, I understood the goal of developing all sections, drawings and calculations.

It was necessary to develop and compare two types of foundation solution according to the main operational, economic and technical parameters:

Reinforced concrete slabs and wooden slab

I found out that the cost of materials for the construction of a reinforced concrete floor is 203873.00 rubles, the cost of materials for a wooden floor is 169404.00 rubles. We conclude that the cost of a monolithic foundation is slightly cheaper than the cost of a prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation.

The duration of work on the construction of the reinforced concrete floor is 9 days, and the duration of work on the construction of the wooden floor is 6 days and with less labor.

Coming out of these calculations, for my personal project, I would accept a reinforced concrete floor. This construction technology is more efficient. The strength of the fabrication plates is guaranteed by the control system and automation of the production process. Proportions of ingredients and technology are observed. The product goes through all the necessary stages from kneading of concrete and laying in molds with vibration compression to final hardening, including steaming.

It is better to use finished slabs than to perform the most complex wooden flooring.
