Description
The twin bearing supports two rotating shafts. This bearing is a sliding bearing with replaceable bronze inserts 3, 4, 5, 6. In order not to turn the inserts, the upper inserts 3 and 5 are fixed by cylindrical projections. Grease is supplied to the inserts from an oiler which is screwed into the holes of the inserts 3 and 5. Oil is distributed along grooves of inserts along the whole length of support surfaces of shafts. The bearing is attached to the unit bed by six bolts. The work includes.
