Transmissionary rack

Description

It is proposed to develop a transmission rack designed for lifting and moving goods during the installation and dismantling of units and assemblies on cars installed on a viewing pit, trestle or lift. As a lifting mechanism, it is proposed to use a screw gear, which will reduce the cost of the rack and allow it to be manufactured in a maintenance station.

The assembly drawing of the rack is presented on sheet 5 of the graphic part of the diploma project. Stand consists of base 1, grip 2 and jack 3 with nut 4. Grip is connected with jack through bearing to provide their relative rotation.

The proposed rack can be manufactured in STO conditions, its application will reduce the labour intensity of assembly and assembly works, increase their convenience and reduce injuries.
