In this course design, the E-75-40 GM steam boiler is calculated based on the following data:

  1. Boiler type E-75-40 GM _____________________
  2. Nominal steam capacity DK = 75 t/h
  3. Operating pressure in RK boiler drum = 44 kgf/cm2
  4. Operating pressure at the outlet of RPU superheater = 40 kgf/cm2
  5. Superheated steam temperature tPE = 440 ° С
  6. TPV feedwater temperature = 150 °C
  7. Exhaust gas temperature tYX= 170 ° С
  8. Hot air temperature tHV = 210 ° С
  9. Type and grade of fuel Fuel oil sulfurous

As a result of the calculation, the following changes were made to the steam boiler design:

in the superheater - add 5 loops to the 2nd stage of the superheater;

in water economizer 2 packages (20 and 16 pipes in a row);

in a 2-way air heater, the height of one stroke is 1.97 m.;

design surface of superheater - 582.07 m2;

design surface of economizer - 560.14 m2;

design surface of VZP - 1619.05 m2;

area of living section for air passage to VZP - 4.7 m2;

for gas passage - 3.46 m2.

Introduction

Steam boiler E7540 GM.

The 256.921 m2 furnace chamber is fully shielded with d 60x30 mm pipes with a spacing of 100 mm on the side, front and rear walls. On the front wall of the furnace there are three gas-gas burners: two in the lower tier and one in the upper.

The evaporation scheme is two-stage. In the drum there is a clean compartment of the first stage of evaporation and two salt compartments of the second stage at the ends of the drum.

Superheater - with vertically located coils, two-stage, made of 42x3 mm and 38x3 mm pipes. Steam temperature is controlled by a surface steam cooler installed between the stages "in the incision." The number of coils is 64 pcs. The transverse pitch of the pipes is 90 mm, the location is corridor.

Economizer - steel, smooth-tube, coil, two-stage, with a staggered arrangement of 32x3 mm pipes. The transverse pitch of the pipes is 75 mm, the longitudinal pitch is 55 mm.

Air heater - vertical, steel, tubular, with a staggered arrangement of pipes 40x1.6 mm. The transverse pitch of the pipes is 60 mm, the longitudinal pitch is 42 mm.

Steam boiler operation

Boiler unit control system includes a number of subsystems:

Information subsystem.

Alarm subsystem.

Remote and automatic control.

Automatic parameter adjustment.

Process protections and interlocks.

Information subsystem provides continuous collection, processing and presentation of information on equipment condition and process progress.

The alarm provides operational personnel with information on process disturbance in the form of light and sound signals.

Remote and automatic control performs remote action on electric drives of mechanisms and regulators.

Automatic parameter control improves reliability and efficiency of steam boiler operation, facilitates working conditions of maintenance personnel and performs the following functions:

a) stabilizes and maintains the steam parameters at a predetermined level.

b) maintains correspondence between the basic dependent values.

c) changes the regulated value according to the specified law.

d) maintains the optimum value of the controlled value (optimal water level in the drum, optimal excess air coefficient, etc.).

Process protections and interlocks are used to protect against damage and prevent accidents. Process protections are activated for shutdown or unloading of the boiler at significant deviations of technological processes from standards. Locks prevent an incorrect sequence of operations that threaten emergency situations.

Boiler shutdown

There are the following boiler shutdown modes:

1. Boiler shutdown in reserve.

2. Shutdown to long-term reserve or repair (with preservation).

3. Shutdown with forced cooldown.

4. Emergency shutdown.

Shutdown in reserve.

Basic principles. Shutdown in reserve refers to the shutdown of the boiler for a period of no more than three days. The main goal is to keep the heat accumulated by the boiler as long as possible.

Shutdown technology.

The boiler is unloaded to the minimum permissible load, up to 30 40% from the nominal. The connecting steam line is then disconnected. The rate of reduction of parameters is not more than 200C in 10 minutes. Temperature head [tmv.orbr - tmv.orbr] < 80 C0. After the fuel supply is cut off, the furnace and gas ducts are ventilated for no more than 10 minutes, thrust-blow mechanisms are stopped, guide vanes of thrust-blow mechanisms are closed.

Steam superheater blowing is controlled into manual to maintain permissible speed of pressure reduction in drum.
