The object of development is the technology for the manufacture of the clarifying filter FOV 3.0-0.6.
Purpose of development: Selection of filter assembly and welding technology, selection of technological equipment, determination of the economic efficiency of the selected solutions.
In the course of the work, an analysis of the design was carried out, welding methods were selected, calculations of the strength of the main welds were carried out, the design of the test bench for welding was selected, technological documentation in the form of operational maps was developed, standardization of welding operations was carried out, economic calculation of the welding technologies used was carried out, and safety issues of welding processes were considered.
The following results were obtained: A technology for automatic welding of the shell and heads of the clarifying filter has been developed. Welding equipment and technological tooling have been selected. Evaluation of economic indicators. The annual efficiency is 64407 rubles.
