THE PROJECT OF THE YASNOGORSK-DUBNA HIGHWAY ON THE REVYAKINO-PLEKHANOVO SECTION IN THE YASNOGORSK DISTRICT OF THE TULA REGION

The project analyzes the natural and climatic conditions of the construction area, the region's economy, natural mineral and energy resources, transport and economic characteristics of the projected road. Data on building materials present in this region were obtained, a feasibility study for the construction of a highway was carried out. Based on these data, the technical category of the road was established and a number of pavement designs were proposed.

Further, the design of the plan, longitudinal and transverse profiles of the road was carried out using the software package "CREDO.

In the following section, the calculation of non-rigid pavement in the ROBUR software package and rigid pavement by hand was performed. Here, an economic comparison of the route options was carried out according to the reduced costs of restoring the strength, roughness, evenness and maintenance of the coating.

   The main issues of the organization of construction were resolved, the terms of construction of pavement, roadbed, culverts were determined. A project for the construction of the roadbed has been drawn up. The organization of the arrangement of the road situation is set out in the relevant section.

  In the calendar planning, the timing and shift pace of construction are calculated: the preparatory period, culverts, earthworks, pavement, road furnishings and the construction of stops.

    In addition, the project has developed a section on life safety. The issues of fire safety and protection in emergency situations are considered. 

   The environmental protection section reflects the issues of land allocation for temporary and permanent use, protection of the atmosphere from pollution, noise and vibration effects on the environment, measures to protect plants and animals, and technological pollution of water.

   In the economic part, a summary estimate has been developed, technical and economic indicators of construction have been calculated.

 The total cost of construction in modern prices, taking into account inflation, amounted to 180513.85 thousand rubles.

    The commissioning of this road should significantly improve transport links in the construction area, as well as the socio-economic situation of residents of the settlements of Revyakino and Plekhanovo, since it will provide residents with the opportunity to quickly and safely communicate with the district center and with neighboring regions.
