Description

In this diploma project, the production program for the maintenance and repair of rolling stock was calculated for the total total labor intensity of maintenance and TR, the number of  workers was calculated, the costs of the enterprise for the implementation of the production program for maintenance and TR of rolling stock were calculated, the calculation of the area of the site.

A technology for restoring   the connecting rod-piston group  of the ICE has been developed.

 In the design development, a        universal device was proposed for pressing and pressing the piston pins and bushings of the connecting rod head, the calculation of the bolt for strength, the calculation of the plate for bending under the action of the tightening force of the bolt, and the plots were built. 

In the economic part, the cost of repairing the technological process of repairing the part was calculated.

Rules have been developed for safety, electrical safety, fire safety and environmental protection at the site of cleaning and washing operations.

The section labor protection indicates the main production hazards and optimal meteorological conditions at the site.

Introduction

The features and advantages of road transport, predetermining its advanced development, are related to the mobility and flexibility of delivery of goods "on time." Road transport plays a significant role in the transport complex of the country, regularly serving almost 3 million enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership, peasant and farm farms and entrepreneurs, as well as the population of the country. The main advantage of road transport over other modes of transport is its low cost.

The main tasks for the ATP technical service are:

- maintenance of serviceable condition of rolling stock.

- ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness of performed works.

- reduction of vehicle technical condition deterioration intensity, number of failures and faults.

Performance of works on TR of cars prevents possible malfunctions. In case of vehicle breakdowns and faults, repairs are provided, which are performed as required in case of faults.

Objectives of the course project:

- systematization, fixation and deepening of thermal knowledge obtained during the study of the subject.

- assimilation of basis of design and technological calculations of TR zones and repair areas at ATP.

Characteristics of car service facilities

Cars can be stored indoors and in open areas. When organizing the storage of cars, the following conditions are met:

1. Cars that must be constantly ready for immediate departure are stored in heated rooms;

2. Cars are stored indoors;

4. Depending on climatic conditions, trucks can be stored in closed rooms, under canopies or in open areas;

Geometrical dimensions of parking lots for cars are determined by number of storage places, overall dimensions of cars and method of arrangement, sizes of passages between vehicles, distances between cars and building elements and width of passage in parking lot. Air temperature in heated premises for car storage in winter shall not be lower than + 5 ° С. For vehicles that are stored in open areas, it is necessary to provide facilities to facilitate the start of the engine in the cold season, and rooms for heating cars before they are received for maintenance or repair.

Platforms for car storage are located in dry, non-heated places with a flat surface and a slight slope for rainwater and meltwater. They are equipped with drainage ditches and snow retention devices. The platforms are made rectangular and placed so that the direction of the dominant winds is along the rows of cars. To better protect against snow drifts, trees and shrubs are planted. For convenience of maintenance, the distance from cars stored on the sites to the walls of buildings should be at least 10 m, and to the fire walls of buildings or to the fence of the site - at least 2 m.
