GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Construction organization design developed in accordance with SNiP 12012004 "Or
Construction Ganization. "
The development of the working project was carried out for the construction of the Center for a general practitioner in the village of Novlenskoye, Vologda region.
The customer for the design is the Department of Health of the Vologda Oblast.
Project organization CJSC "Design Institute" Civil Industry. "
Engineering and geological surveys on the site were carried out by the OKOR design and survey team in 2007 .
The initial data for the development of the project for the organization of the construction of the facility are: design estimates, data on the capacity of construction and installation organizations, on the presence of the production base of the construction industry.
The project for the organization of the construction of the facility is the source material for the rework of the work execution project. The construction of the facility without a project for the performance of work is prohibited.
Estimated construction cost at current prices 21572 thousand rubles.
Including the cost of construction and construction - 15755 thousand rubles.
1.2 The following normative literature was used to develop the design for the reconstruction of the building:

2. organizational and technical preparation for construction
The duration of the construction of the General Practitioner's Center according to SNiP 1.04.0385 * is 3 months, including a preparatory period of 0.5 months.
To ensure the sanitary and household needs of workers, the use of mobile wagons manufactured by the VZSKiDM plant is provided.
The source of coverage for the need for labor is the personnel workers of the contracting construction organization.
The construction of the facility by panel-rack structures is provided by the VZSKiDM plant.
Construction of the structure and materials shall be provided according to transport schemes of structures and materials delivery.
Transportation of building structures and materials is carried out by freight and special vehicles of the contracting construction organization.
The water supply of the object under construction is provided from the existing water supply. External fire extinguishing is provided from fire hydrants on the existing water supply network. Power supply of the facility under construction is provided from existing networks.
3. methods of production of main construction and installation works
The construction of the reconstructed facility is carried out in 2 periods: preparatory and main.
3.1 Preparatory period.
The preparatory period includes work related to the preparation of the construction site:
a) development of the construction site - clearance of the territory, demolition of buildings, etc.;
b) installation of inventory temporary administrative and household buildings, creation of a general warehouse;
c) engineering preparation of the construction area - planning of the site, which provides removal of surface water, cutting of the vegetal layer of soil with its storage for further use in landscaping;
d) construction of on-site roads, laying of water supply networks. sewerage, heat supply and power supply.
e) creation of geodetic basis for construction.
Planning works and soil movement on site are performed by bulldozer.
The temporary road providing access to the object under construction is made of railway road slabs along the sand base.
The width of the temporary road with one-way traffic is 3.5 m, and in two directions - 6 m.
It is advisable to use permanent designed roads for construction needs, the roadway of which is carried out without top cover.
Rounding radii are accepted at least 12 m.
The speed of vehicles near production sites shall not exceed 510 km/h.
Temporary lighting of the construction area is provided by lamps or searchlights installed on supports.
When arranging temporary lighting of the construction site and workplaces, follow GOST 12.1.04685 "SSBT Construction Lighting Standards for Construction Sites."
When organizing a construction site, the requirements of SNiP 12012004 "Construction Organization" must be complied with.
Work on the laying of utilities shall be guided by the instructions of SNiP 3.05.0385 "Heat Networks," SNiP 42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems."
The standard duration of the preparatory period is 0.5 months.
3.2 Main construction period.
The main construction period is divided into 3 stages:
a) arrangement of the underground part of the building;
b) arrangement of the above-ground part of the building;
c) finishing works.
3.2.1 Construction of underground part of buildings
At works on the device of the bases and the bases of buildings and constructions it is necessary to be guided Construction Norms and Regulations 3.02.0187 "Earth constructions. Foundations and foundations "; 3.03.0187 "Bearing and enclosing structures."
Excavation work can be started only after breaking down the pits, trenches, linking axes and elevations to the existing geodetic base and fixing the necessary layout marks.
Extract of pits and trenches should be performed by excavator EO43211c with ladle capacity of 0.65 m3.
Earthworks are carried out by a complex of earth-moving mechanisms as part of a single-bucket excavator, bulldozer and car dump trucks.
Prior to the start of work on the construction of foundations, the prepared foundation must be adopted according to the act by the commission, taking into account the customer and the contractor, and, if necessary, a representative of the design organization.
The construction of the underground part of the building is carried out using the DEK252 caterpillar crane with a lifting capacity of 525 tons. The same crane is used when unloading materials and structures from vehicles and supplying to workplaces.
When constructing foundations, it is necessary to monitor the depth of their laying, the size and location in the plan, the arrangement of openings for passing communications, the performance of waterproofing and the quality of the materials and structures used.
Installation of foundation blocks is provided in the following sequence:
a) marking of foundation axes, breakdown of angles and places of conjugations;
b) installation of corner and lighthouse blocks, instrumental alignment of position of lighthouse blocks in plan and height;
c) marking the position of each row of blocks;
d) laying of blocks by sighting.
At variable depth of foundations foundation shall be erected starting from lower elevations.
The horizontality of each stacked row of blocks should be checked using a leveler.
3.2.2 Erection of the above-ground part of the building
It is recommended to erect the above-ground part of the building using the DEK252 caterpillar crane with a lifting capacity of 525 tons.
The same crane is used when unloading materials and structures from vehicles and supplying materials to workplaces.
When erecting the above-ground part of buildings, it is necessary to follow SNiP 3.01.01-85; 3.03.0187; 3.04.0187; 3.04.0385.
Installation of the above-ground part of the buildings is carried out by the method of expansion, i.e. the elements are installed sequentially, starting from the ground level and ending with the coating structures.
For installation of building structures it is envisaged to use typical installation equipment, which allows lifting, temporary attachment and alignment of elements.
A stock of materials for 2 hours of work must be delivered to the material area before the start of work, and in the future the materials are supplied as they are consumed.
At the end of installation of panels of each floor, a instrumental check of horizontal and top elevations shall be carried out by leveling.
Erection of the next floor is allowed only after laying of load-bearing structures covering the erected floor.
Prior to installation of cast-in-situ closures, all structures and their elements, which are closed during subsequent work execution, shall be checked and accepted, correct installation and fixation of the formwork and its supporting structures.
The bases and surfaces prepared for the concrete mixture laying must be cleaned of dirt, garbage, and reinforcement must be cleaned of rust.
The concrete mixture is laid continuously.
The concrete mixture should be laid in flat non-reinforced structures (slabs, platforms, preparation for floors) in strips 3-4 m wide through one. Intermediate strips shall be concreted after concrete hardening in adjacent strips.
Concrete mixture laid in flat non-reinforced structures shall be compacted with vibration racks.
Concrete care measures, procedure and terms of their implementation, control over the implementation of these measures, sequence and terms of decompression of structures shall be established by the work execution project.
Caterpillar crane DEK252 is provided for the supply of materials for the roofing device.
It is recommended to carry out roofing works in a flow-split manner towards the supply of materials, avoiding the use of finished areas for storage and transportation of materials.
3.2.3 Finishing works
Finishing works are divided into the following cycles:
plaster works;
preparation for painting and painting of surfaces;
installation of devices for doors and windows, glazing of windows and doors;
clean floors;
final finishing and painting of surfaces.
General readiness of buildings to start finishing works shall meet the requirements of SNiP 3.04.01 - 87.
The production of plaster and painting works is organized by an in-line dismembered metro house, when each link carries out several operations, which ensures the most complete use of workers according to their qualifications.
The solution and the keying are applied to the surfaces to be stripped by a mechanized method. Manual application of the solution is allowed only in small rooms and with a small amount of plaster work.
Water compositions for painting walls and ceilings are recommended to be applied mechanically.
Oil painting of walls and carpentry is performed with brushes and roller.
Quality of applied finishing materials (paints, varnishes, patches) shall meet the requirements of SNiP 3.04.01 - 87 "Insulation and finishing works."
