This project contains the main provisions and calculation of the furnace unit for the production of bakery products. Design changes were made in the form of a radiator installation, which was selected during the patent review.
Introduction
KhPA40 bakery oven is a conveyor lunar-pod oven with a dead end working chamber and a channel heating system.
The oven is intended for baking rye and wheat varieties of bread in shapes and bread of large weight on the hearth .
The furnace can be installed both at newly built bakeries and to increase the capacity of existing enterprises instead of the ialo of productive furnaces: KhPG, KhVL, DSD, KhVK.
