Reception of air programs is carried out by three director antennas:
R1205 - VHFI range, frequency 47100MHz, gain 8.5 dB;
PSR1925 - range VHFIII, frequency 174230MHz, cof. 16.0 dB gain;
DC4591 - UHF range, frequency 470862MHz, gain 16.5 dB.
Air antennas are installed on AMS4.5 mast using standard fixtures on the roof of a residential building, taking into account the provision of direct visibility of transmitting antennas and in the geometric center of the designed system .
Lightning protection of the antenna mast is carried out by steel wire D = 6 mm to the external grounding loop and is connected by welding.
Air programs are broadcast to the cable network without conversion, in the OIRT standard, in the frequency range of 47862 MHz, with levels corresponding to GOST 520232003. Use the TERRA MA 044 amplifier (VHF I + FM band 47108 MHz, gain 30dB to amplify, filter and level equalize the air channels; range VHF III 174230, gain 30dB; UHF band 470862 MHz, gain 34dB). The amplifier is placed in a lockable metal cabinet on the technical floor at a height of 1.5 m from the floor.
The antenna amplifier shall be energized via independent lines from the building inlet switchgear. Their disconnection should not be related to the disconnection of other electric receivers. Power supply of equipment can be performed from non-disconnectable lines of the building.
Laying of reduction cables from receiving antennas along the roof of the building to the house amplifier and from the amplifier to the input to the low-current riser is provided in the metal box, the passage through the ceilings is in the pipe.
The distribution backbone television network on the house is made with SAT703 B cable, SAT50 M cable is used for subscriber lines.
TAN 4XXF (RTM) type couplers are provided in low-current compartments of floor boards. Couplers on the ground floor are installed in electric panels, with the prospect of laying subscriber lines in the concierge room and offices. Office premises are connected at the request of subscribers.
As subscriber outlets, sockets of the LEGRAND Cariva type are used. Subscriber outlets are installed in accordance with the "House Distribution Network Laying Plan."
Inside the apartments, a television cable is laid openly.
To maintain the designed system, it is recommended to involve specialized organizations that have licenses to carry out this type of work.
3. Radialization.
Radialization of the designed residential building is carried out by an air-rack feeder line. Introduction of the radio network is carried out from the radio rack, on which the installation of the TAMU25S 240/30 subscriber transformer is provided.
The distribution network of wired broadcasting on the house from the transformer to the branching box should be made with a 1x1.8 PVW wire. The wire shall be laid together with the television cable in the dedicated radio channel, separate from the communication cables and electrical networks. The room network of broadcasting from a floor guard before input to the apartment is laid in viniloplastovy pipes ø20x1.4 is hidden. Further, the subscriber network for apartment rooms is made by a PTPZH2x1.2 wire and laid hidden until the walls are plastered. The connection of wires to radio grids, limiting branching boxes is carried out by a loop.
Limit-branch boxes shall be installed in the distribution cabinets at the points of branches from the risers. Sockets of the wired broadcasting network in apartments are installed not further than 1.0 m from the electrical outlet.
4. Telephony.
For floor-by-floor connection of subscribers of a residential building to the distribution telephone network, combined floor boards are used; CRTM branching boxes are installed in the low-current section of the boards of each entrance on 3, 7 and 12 floors.
Input of subscriber telephone conducting to apartments from a floor guard is carried out by a wire of TRP12h0.5 in the viniloplastovy pipes ø20x1.4 laid is hidden. The telephone is entered into the apartments after the completion of construction.
Internal distribution telephone network on the house shall be made with FTP25x2x0.5 cable.
Enter the telephone cable into the TKD cabinet located in the communication room (room 1.9 on the 1st floor). TKD equipment and cable entry into the house is provided in the detailed documentation "Telephony"
5. Intercom and access control system.
The entrances of the 14-storey residential building are equipped with intercom communication devices, which make it possible to ensure the maintenance of entrance doors in the entrance closed to the lock with remote control from apartments and from the concierge room and direct communication from the entrance to the apartments and the concierge room .
As access devices, multi-subscriber microprocessor audio modophones "Digital CCD2094.1I" are used. In terms of resistance to mechanical effects, the doorphone belongs to the anti-vandal group of the M3 version (GOST17516.190). The design of the doorphone ensures electrical, mechanical and fire safety during operation in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.2.00687. The main functions of the doorphone are:
