Description
The drawing presents the technological scheme of the raw materials workshop, designed for the use of chalk with an average annual moisture content of 26%.
Description of the technological scheme: chalk is delivered by truck to a covered warehouse, from where it is fed by feeder 1 and then transported by conveyor 2 to the stone-removing rollers 3 for the removal of rocky inclusions. The cleaned chalk is then supplied by doser 4 and belt conveyor 5 to a two-roll toothed crusher 6, where coarse crushing of large pieces of chalk takes place, which are then sent via belt conveyor 7 to the combined action apparatus – crusher-dryer 8. In it, thanks to the heat from the exhaust gases supplied from the calcination workshop, medium grinding of the chalk occurs. The dust-gas mixture is cleaned in cyclone 9. The cleaned gases are discharged into the atmosphere, while the captured product is collected in bunker 10. The fine grinding of the chalk is carried out in tube mill 12, where it is fed from bunker 10 using doser 11.
The clay component undergoes similar preparation, being fed from the warehouse by feeder 19, then through the belt conveyor system 20, 22 and doser 21 into the two-roll toothed crusher 23. Ash from the CHP and pyrite cinders are also fed into it for joint grinding. The crushed raw material mixture is then directed by belt conveyor 24 to the dryer-crusher 25, where flue gases from the calcination workshop serve as the heat carrier. The separation of the ground product is also carried out in cyclone 26, from which the product is sent to bunker 27, and then for joint fine grinding with chalk in tube mill 12.
The grinding of the raw flour is carried out in a closed cycle using separator 13, with the coarse fraction being returned for re-grinding in mill 12. The selection of the suitable fraction of raw flour from the aspirated air is carried out in bag filter 14.
The captured product is directed by belt conveyor 15, and then by elevator 16 and screw conveyor 17 to the averaging silo 18, where the composition of the raw flour is adjusted based on the previously obtained results of chemical analysis. After averaging, the raw flour is sent to calcination by elevator.
