Description
This paper presents a technological conveyor line for the production of reinforced concrete slabs. It is a line divided into several technological stages. At the first stage, the pallets-trolleys are prepared, cleaned and lubricated, then a special machine is used to install reinforcement in them, trim and tension. The next stage is directly pouring the prepared concrete into the pallet trolley with its vibration shrinkage. The final stage is thermal drying and removal of finished products from pallets. After the removal of the panels, the trolley pallets are received for cleaning and returned to the beginning of the production line, and the finished products are delivered to the final curing warehouse.
