Introduction

Reinforced concrete structures are the basis of the modern construction industry. They are used in industrial, civil and agricultural construction for buildings of various purposes in transport construction for the construction of subways, bridges, tunnels in energy construction for hydroelectric power plants, for nuclear reactors in the mining industry for above-the-gate structures and fixing underground workings, etc. Reinforced concrete became so widespread in construction due to many positive properties: durability, fire resistance, resistance to atmospheric effects, high resistance to static and dynamic loads, low operating costs for the maintenance of buildings and structures.

According to the construction method, it is distinguished: prefabricated reinforced concrete structures manufactured mainly at construction industry plants and then monolithic ones mounted on construction sites - prefabricated monolithic ones completely erected at the construction site, which rationally combine the use of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements of factory manufacture and monolithic parts of the structure.

Currently, reinforced concrete structures best meet the requirements of industrialization of construction.

The purpose of the work is to develop a concrete mixing department of the plant for the production of reinforced concrete products of a given nomenclature with a capacity of 260 thousand m3.

The main tasks of the work: to develop the annual program of the enterprise on the basis of a structural and technological analysis of the planned nomenclature to propose rational technological schemes for the production of products, to determine the annual need for resources to fulfill the annual programmy to determine the operating mode of the enterprise according to ONTP standards and on the basis of this determine the standards for calculating binding warehouses.

The components of the reinforced concrete article are stored in the corresponding warehouses. Cement and aggregate warehouses are a necessary part of prefabricated reinforced concrete plants. The general layout of the cement warehouse as part of the reinforced concrete products plant should provide for the adjoining of external transport routes to it, as well as the necessary area for unloading and shunting operations. Aggregate warehouses of reinforced concrete products plants can be of different types depending on the mode of transport, the method of receiving, storing and dispensing aggregates. Warehouses can be open and closed, and depending on the method of storage and storage of aggregates - stacked, semi-bunker and silo. Reinforcement steel supplied to the plant should be stored in closed warehouses according to profiles of classes, diameters and batches on racks, in cassettes, bunkers, stacks with free passages in conditions that exclude corrosion and contamination. Storage is allowed under a canopy, but provided that it is protected from moisture. Reinforcement steel cannot be stored on the ground floor, as well as near aggressive chemicals.

Finished products warehouses at reinforced concrete products enterprises are designed to receive and store the products accepted by the technical control department before shipping them to the consumer by rail or road.
