Description

The purpose of this course work is to calculate the fleet of cars necessary for the construction of a section of the road, determine the number of main workers and maintenance personnel, as well as calculate the area of the entire field park.

Introduction

Relevance: Currently, road construction includes the construction of roads, tunnels, airfields, bridges, overpasses and other engineering structures.

Execution of an extensive list of operations as mandatory components of the technological process, which includes the extraction, processing, sorting, transportation and laying of building materials of natural origin, removal of vegetation and soil layer and other works. A significant amount of work for any of the listed operations can be carried out in a short time only with the help of appropriate machines and mechanisms.

The purpose of this course work is to calculate the fleet of machines necessary for the construction of the road section, determine the number of main workers and maintenance personnel, as well as calculate the area of ​ ​ the entire field park.

To achieve the goal, the following objectives must be achieved:

Calculation of road construction;

Calculation of labour intensity of maintenance and repair;

Mechanization base design.

The object of the study is the technical process of road construction.

The subject of the study is a stretch of road.

This course work can be used in the road construction industry.

The work is presented on 30 sheets, contains 3 drawings, 6 tables and 4 literary sources. Attached to the explanatory note is a graphic part consisting of 2 sheets of A1 format.

Conclusion

During the course work, conclusions were drawn for each section:

According to the initial data, the volume of earthworks V = 227430 m3 was calculated, the construction rate T = 190 m/cm., According to the given volume of work, the composition of the construction equipment fleet necessary for the construction of this section of the road, the number of cars in the park 63 was calculated.

For the designed fleet of machines, labor intensity and maintenance and repair were calculated. The general labor input of the park of cars turned out Tob of =2767 man hours.

When designing the mechanization base, the number of workers N = 7 people was determined. The area was also calculated, the area of ​ ​ the entire field park was 2,694,46 m2.
