Description

The initial design data was the construction drawings of the facility premises provided by the Customer.

The project documentation and technical solutions adopted in this project meet the requirements of the following guidelines and regulatory documents:

The security and alarm system (hereinafter referred to as SMS) provides control of rooms with transmission of information on change of alarm loops condition to the acceptance control device (hereinafter referred to as SCP). SCPs are installed in the service room.

The technical solutions adopted in this project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures stipulated by the project.

Description and characteristics of the object

The store object is a collection of premises located on the ground floor of a non-residential task at the address of Minsk, ul. Volgograd, 5. The perimeter walls of the object are capital. The object has one exit to the facade, one exit to the right side and one exit to the rear of the building. On the facade there is one stained glass window, the material of the frames is metal, and two window openings, the material of the frames is wood, on the right side wall there are two window openings the material of the frames is wood, there are five window openings on the rear wall, the material of the frames is wood.

The trading room is the largest in area (127.1m2) room has one exit from the building, PVC door material, there is also an exit from the building from the corridor, metal door material and another exit from the utility room, metal door material.

The walls, floor and ceiling in the building are capital .

The object is telephoned and electrified.

Basic System Technical Solutions

General principle of system construction

Selection of equipment of the security and alarm system is made on the basis of analysis of structural and construction characteristics and assignment of premises taking into account the requirements of the technical specification, regulatory and guidance documents, tactical and technical characteristics and equipment cost. The project provides for the use of technical means, equipment, parts and assemblies included in the "List of technical means of security alarm allowed for use at facilities protected by units of the Department of Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus or subject to transfer under protection" and having certificates of conformity.

Given the technical strengthening of the facility, the nature of the valuables in it, the location in the building and the distance from the security posts, the facility is blocked by a medium-level security alarm system. These levels of protection suggest the presence of a multi-bay security alarm system .

Alarm5 and Alarm5/4 instruments were selected as PPKO.

Magazine LMS consists of the following components:

PPKO Alarm5;

PPKO Alarm5/4;

DS1990A, DS1991DS1996 External Key Reader

The announcer security magnetocontact NO03, IO-102-14, D20 (for blocking of windows and doors);

Safety passive volumetric infrared INS109 detector (for volume blocking);

Passive surface infrared detector Bingo (for blocking of windows and doors);

The announcer security acoustic control of destruction of the glazed ShKLO730 designs (for blocking of windows);

The button of the HO 02 disturbing alarm system (for giving of a signal "alarm");

ZOS1M light-and-sound annunciator.

The magazine alarm is divided into two zones:

First zone - security alarm (OS1OS10)

Second zone - alarm (TS11)

The system status is monitored by the instrument itself.

The security alarm system (setting/removal, alarm clearing, etc.) is controlled by reading the DS1990A electronic keys through the 3T access device.

The devices provide the transmission of alarm and service notifications to the central monitoring panel (PCP) of ASOS "Alesya" using a special exchange protocol over the GTS subscriber lines.

Backup power supply is provided from two 7 A * h storage batteries, one of which is installed in Alarm5 SCP housing, and the other in Alarm5/4 SCP housing. The SCS provide automatic charging and control of the ACS condition. Calculation of storage batteries capacity to be installed in the SCP housing is given in Section 5.

Tamper contacts of detectors shall be connected to tamper contacts of devices.

Installation of equipment and wiring

All equipment is installed in protected rooms on a stable and strong surface of the wall or ceiling according to the layout plan of the SMS network. For installation and connection of cables refer to working drawings and procedures. description of the equipment used. Control equipment shall be installed on non-combustible material structures.

Store security and alarm devices are powered from the lighting panel through a separate circuit breaker and installed on the wall of the office room in the place indicated on the drawing, device access devices are installed at the front door on the right side of the knowledge on the street.

Power alarm detectors of alarm loops 1-3 of the store from PKP Alarm5, and alarm detectors of alarm loops 4-7 and 910 of the store from PKP Alarm5/4. Alarm detectors shall be installed in the places specified in the drawing according to RD 28/3.0072001 * taking into account the location of utility networks, furniture and other cluttering items, as well as certificates for each device. Attach boxes and detectors with screws (at least two). Erection of LMS equipment and wiring shall be performed at a distance of not less than 0.5 m from existing electrical lighting devices and power lines.

Low-current lines of LMS are made by cable KSPeV 2x0,4, KSPeV 4x0,4, KSPeV 6x0,4.

Access devices are installed at a height of 11.5 m from the floor level.

The line part of the LMS is wired along the walls and ceiling with laying of wires and cables in the ducts and is open.

ZOS1M light annunciator is installed at the entrance to the magazine. The tamper contact of the alert, as well as the tamper contacts of the detectors are connected to the loops of the tamper contacts of the device ..

Passages through piercing holes in walls between rooms are made in PVC pipe with filling with non-combustible materials according to PUE.
